@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@StevenScrivello Uswitch is pretty good for comparison. I’ve been tempted by Voxi but not sure how good the vodaphone network is. Giffgaff is the o2 network but don’t do unlimited plans, you buy “goody bags”. smarty looks good but it’s Three network. EE is costing me too much but the coverage!

@sarah93hendry Hi Sarah. We're really sorry to hear about this. We don't have a call centre as we're web based, so we're not sure who you've called. Can you please send us a DM so that we can help you further? - giffgaff Tasbiya

@spikedonline I think in this case “elites” is stretching it. Many of them are just virtue signalling simpletons threatening to cancel their cheap giffgaff SIM. Their daft, binary worldview, backed by SFH, means any paper, TV show or opinion they don’t agree with is “hate”.
