Having to direct rob from London because he went the wrong way lost gps (stupid giffgaff) and parts of the m1 were shut .. appsolute disaster! 😩

@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@giffgaff On the site it’s only giving me options to return phone and not giving me the option to select that I’m returning because condition is not as advertised. I want it known the condition is poor before return so I don’t accused of scratching it. I also do want an iPhone with (1)

Anyone in the UK having trouble with their data plans? My phone just burned through the remainder of my allowance. I didn't use it for 3 hours... And using another card for hotspot and it's just burning through it.... @TheO2 @giffgaff

@giffgaff Thanks for your response, however have tried all the items suggested ie I have no problem in texting other numbers , goody bag is up to date, turned the phone on and off , have manually reset to 02 uk but all to no avail. Could there be a problem with UK Power number ?
