I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

I pay £6 a month and never run out of minute or texts. Plus giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts are always free so me, Mini D and Mr D all use it.
