After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Roj (@roger_payne) reported@EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff

A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
