@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@RebeccaCNReid Just check the data charges for your provides - I use GiffGaff and tether my Android phone relatively cheaply and without any issues. Just plug it in, and select tethering from the settings menu, and buy extra data if I run out...

@EE I was in contact with them for a month. I had an EE company mobile for many years and I complained to EE, but no one listened. I then ditched Plusnet as it got worse. I'm now with giffgaff and have a full signal in the house. EE just don't seem bothered about this area.

Of course this is a minor problem and I’m lucky to be on hols, but lots of @giffgaff users will be relying on data when in EU and families holidaying using streaming services for kids entertainment or for directions. And it’s wrong of @giffgaff to say ‘just like at home.’
