  @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

  @giffgaff The last time I used the online agents they took 2-3 days to respond which is going to be too slow if your team is going to send a replacement phone I don't want. I just want my money back, no more refurb phones with faulty batteries please. Give me a phone number to call plz.

  @giffgaff my sim is down all of a sudden no service for the past hour I’ve put it back in after getting it out but sim goes off after 10 mins
