@giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

If anyone is trying to help an isolated elderly person get setup with a new mobile phone during lockdown, avoid @giffgaff. One month of admin and 2 broken devices received in a row with no attempt to make it right. Brands will be remembered for how they behave right now.

@giffgaff I never bother setting any because they never stick so whats the point? Besides, every day starts a new year if you think about it.
