    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they wonโ€™t cancel my sim. Shocking ! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Honestly, Giffgaff is a trash mobile network. The only reason I use it is because it was what my brothers Sim card was. Having to spend ยฃ6 every 6 months just so I can keep this number. I'd switch if it wasn't used for so many things

    @giffgaff I'll send off for another sim and if that doesn't work like I suspect it won't, then i'm off to VOXI. Sad as i've been with GiffGaff since 2011

    @YusufPonders I used to be with GiffGaff but the network coverage was terrible, so I left it. :S

    @giffgaff hi gifgaff. Not sure whats going on but every month for past couple of months my auto top up doesnt occur and I end up using up credit and/or running out with no idea why my phone has stopped working. Can you fix?

    Giffgaff has to be the shittest for customer service. There is no customer service number to call. All done via website. Very slow to get a response.
