    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    @giffgaff Hi, is there a chat service or a contact centre when the sim is not showing any service? My mum has been without any network on her phone for 2 days and nobody has responded back to the support enquiry. Just to clarify the sim doesn't work on another phone too. Help!

    Never buy a phone from @giffgaff folks. My sons been trying to get the faulty birthday phone they sent him fixed for almost a year now and they're still trying to make out it's our fault.

    Why are mobile phone companies such a PITA? I thought @giffgaff were the exception but I've just spent several hours I'll never see again trying to set up my partner's own phone with them after we'd already put her younger child on it. >>

    Hey @GiffGaff really poor service from you, reported damaged SIM card on Monday, STILL waiting for replacement. Users can't post SIMs, you know.
