    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    @giffgaff You have replied on messenger but we are getting nowhere we have been told this could take another 5 days I do not want to open up another SIM card with you I just want the SIM stopped it is in the wrong hands. Your customer service is terrible 😡

    New 5g giffgaff sim to go with my new 5g phone go to register the sim with giffgaff on the phone have to drop the window down to retrieve my registration code re-open the giffgaff window only to have it goto the home page 😣🤬 witch means going through the process again 🤬🤬🤬

    @toe_martin Was the number purchased a giffgaff number, or from a different network? If a different network, you may need to speak with the website you purchased the number from to request a new PAC code. - giffgaff Jeanette
