@giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

@giffgaff You have replied on messenger but we are getting nowhere we have been told this could take another 5 days I do not want to open up another SIM card with you I just want the SIM stopped it is in the wrong hands. Your customer service is terrible 😡

@robertjoseph Some companies still have 2022 free roaming. Like O2 for example, weird cause giffgaff is using there network. There not very competitive and IMO they will lose clients

@M0KPH Giffgaff piggyback on O2’s network don’t they ? O2 only provide 5G in a limited number of urban locations. Same is true of all networks, it’ll likely be mid-2024 before there is decent 5G coverage

@MX5AKA Good point. Whenever I searched GiffGaff 5G it presented a map showing good coverage without any mention that this was general coverage. Entering locations does allow you select, which wasn’t initially obvious. Better labelling would help, especially when accessed from tablets.

@saramttnez @giffgaff Plusnet still has EU roaming included in the allowance. It uses EE network so it's a game changer for me (it doest have 5G though), and is pretty cheap too!
