Graham Martin (@graeuk) reported@O2 @giffgaff I'm on the Eurostar travelling back from Belgium. Signal tremendous all the way 5G /4G on Orange-B / Orange-F until I get to the UK when it keeps dropping and I get loading icons. Why in 2025 can't the UK have reliable signal throughout the country?

The ghost of Mughals past🔻🍉🍁 (@FridoKala) reportedGot a 3rd phone from giffgaff to replace the refurb that I purchased over a year ago. This one doesn't work either. I think I am done trying to get a working phone from them and am just going to change provider. Do not buy refurbished phones from giffgaff.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Surprice123519 Hi there. At the moment we only deliver SIM cards to selected destinations, and unfortunately if the country isn't listed we are unable to ship a SIM there. We're unable to advise on when this service will be restored to more destinations - giffgaff Hannah

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Karen SwimSwim (@KarenSwimSwim) reported@giffgaff URGENT FRAUD – My giffgaff SIM appears to have been fraudulently transferred to another device today. My phone suddenly lost service and I can no longer log into my account. Please immediately suspend the SIM and lock the account to prevent misuse. ***417

Simon Howard (@essjayaitch) reported@AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged

Johnny Galuva (@JohnnyGaluva) reportedThe amount of SMS spam I receive on my GiffGaff iPhone these days is ridiculous. Several per day. You'd think @giffgaff and @O2 would have proper spam filters on their network.
