  @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

  @giffgaff You have replied on messenger but we are getting nowhere we have been told this could take another 5 days I do not want to open up another SIM card with you I just want the SIM stopped it is in the wrong hands. Your customer service is terrible 😡

  @7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was a customer with three for around 25 years phone contract renewal for similar package was £35 now gone up to £80 with 2 increases to come during contract went to giffgaff £14 pm
