@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@benno44775 @giffgaff Thank you that’s kind. All sorted now. Oddly I needed to disconnect from the Wifi (although had no phone signal whatsoever) in order to reconnect to Wifi to log in!

@VodafoneUK Thankyou for getting back to me, still no service. I don't have another provider as such, it's just a spare unlocked phone I once briefly used a PAYG Giffgaff in..do I still have to get a PAC code?

@giffgaff The account did not have 2FA switched on, and it's now reqiuired. The Verification email was requested - but it's still not arrived (It never does - tried several days). Unsurprisingly, clearing cookies, cache & history has not improved the ability to receive your code by email.

@giffgaff I put a £10 credit onto my account, and I've only sent one text during this time yet I log into my account and it says I have £0.00 credit... nothing in usage apart from one text... help please?
