@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@giffgaff Do you have a special deal for scammers? Every single time I've received a scam text message and I attempt to phone them and give warning, I get directed to their GiffGaff voicemail. Please can you try making it a bit harder for scammers to misuse your phone service?

@giffgaff FYI, a 'busy' network should not be causing "error - name cannot be resolved" constantly for 15+ minutes. This been happening sporadically for the last few days.

@AdrianKeithBrya We would recommend trying a manual roam to refresh your signal. The network does get very busy in your area, our engineers are aware of this and are working on making it better, but we don't have a timeframe for this. - giffgaff Dana
