    @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

    @giffgaff Would be great if you actually fixed the phone mast so I get a phone signal. A week and you’re charging me for the privilege of not having any service unless I go out for a walk to the next working mast area. Thank you giffgaff for ensuring I can’t call my family at home.

    @EJWoolf Hi Emma. You would need a PAC code to be able to transfer your number to any network. However, you can request a PAC code by texting the word PAC from your current network SIM to 65075. - giffgaff Emer.

    @TalkTalk DM’d but seriously I haven’t had internet since 4:30pm today, having to work via my @giffgaff mobile phone data. Not cool. All week internet has been intermittent and so unreliable. Paying for a useless service 😡😡😡

    @giffgaff I’ve had a response regarding my “repair” today and have been told that the issue isn’t under warranty (faulty battery) and that you want £253 to repair it when the phone only cost £179?!
