@MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

Just watched a disgusting advert on C4. An ad from a group of "companies claiming they want to help us through this difficult period of rising prices." ******* parasites. Boots advertising their advantage card. Coop. Giffgaff. Go Conpare etc etc. LOWER YOUR PRICES that'd help us.

@bambooped Recently tried moving to GiffGaff, who use O2 network but it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Already moved off them and onto Smarty instead. They use Three’s network, which generally works for me. Also good EU roaming (12GB included), but quite £££ outside EU. Cheap too

@giffgaff how do you allow clearly suspicious payments be taken from my bank! I’m not a customer, never have been but in the space of two days you have removed £250 from my account and I have no way to contact you UNLESS I SET UP AN ACCOUNT!

@urban_decay_man A nearby mast in your area is currently not working and this will be what is causing your usage problems. The engineers are aware of the issue and are working to fix the problem as well as carrying out some upgrade work on the mast in your area. - giffgaff Ann 1/2
