füzzwêêd-poweruppu 🚀💎⚡👾💥 (@fuzzweed) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

Simon (@Simonli127) reported@giffgaff @EdisonChu10 You never clearly informed customers of any time limit, such as 14 or 30 days. This is misleading and feels like consumer fraud.
-
pandy busy (@Doge_Of_WallSt) reported@giffgaff Do not use their service. The service is terrible.
-
Snake Konginchrist (@SnakeKongin) reportedgiffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

Leila - レイラ (@twistedhumanoid) reported@giffgaff I cancelled in the end. I’ve had zero service and now lost £14. Not very happy honestly. Like getting blood out of a stone. Shocked I don’t even get my money back.
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

Liz Lowe (@LupineLiz) reportedWhy is @SamsungMobile continuing the roll out of ONE UI 7 when it's known to effectively brick phones by breaking esims? While we're at it why tf does @giffgaff require sms verification to replace broken esims THAT CANT RECIEVE SMS
