    @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

    @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?

    @EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

    @giffgaff your robot that only works during a specific time in the week is annoying me. What's the point? Customers need support. How can I get the help I need?

    @Surprice123519 Hi there. At the moment we only deliver SIM cards to selected destinations, and unfortunately if the country isn't listed we are unable to ship a SIM there. We're unable to advise on when this service will be restored to more destinations - giffgaff Hannah

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?
