@Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks, I've tried to switch that off and it says failed. I think I've tried 1919 but will try again just incase. Literally spent the whole of my evening trying to figure it out (and yup I got a samsung) when I've googled everywhere says its a network issue.

So glad this will be my last evening for a while and I only got this phone this month. thank @giffgaff for spying and assuming and trying to smite me with injections. They never answered who they assumed I was with. Nor why they don't get what a guideline is.

@moonlightcrys10 Oh dear, that's strange. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

Is frustrating when are 2 bars of 4G signal on a 5 G phone, and the internet is not working. @VodafoneUK and in the same location is 1 bar signal from 4G phone and the internet at least is moving. @giffgaff

(@Yorksims) reported
@X_eLle_S @giffgaff This is because call barring is switched on in your phone settings,it's not a network problem. You need to do a quick Google search for "switch off call barring on your phone make and model"and you should find the default pin code for your model.

@JamesHouldcroft @giffgaff Once you face problem like us. You than won't suggest anyone else. Keep my word. Switch to other network you have time. There is no proper support center. No customer care service. No physical office, no direct human interaction, where you can ask for emergency support.
