  @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..
