@gm8arv So long as the device is unlocked to all networks, or locked to O2 you should have no issues using the giffgaff SIM card, David. However, we do not offer data only bundles, only monthly goodybag bundles with calls, texts and data included (1/2)

@tescomobile I spoke to several people at customer service, they lied, I have moved on and get better value and service at giffgaff, I will never use Tesco mobile again.

@AwokeRoseArisen The SIM card will not work unless it has been activated. We would recommend that you try activating the SIM card on a new web browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff Had NO data or signal of any kind for 3 days. Have done EVERY form of troubleshooting. Now getting messages from Facebook saying “my mobile provider no longer recognises my number as valid.” Please help! Case Ref: 220401-000826

@NicholasGarnett @giffgaff Thanks. Think I worked out the issue. I have a work phone which also has my iCloud account. It was set to only receive iMessages through my Apple ID. But….when I reactivated iMessage with my new sim and ported number it activated the work phone number. Without my say so!

Aaargh the dreaded problem of porting your phone number to a new SIM and carrier and iMessage no longer working properly. Any ideas at @giffgaff ??
