    @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

    @SMARTYMobileUK just changed my provider from Giffgaff to @SMARTYMobileUK and the coverage is terrible I keep getting 'data usage alerts' no signal Not very happy #mobilecoverage

    @giffgaff Nearly 72 hours now and no resolution to no goodybag for my iPhone. 144 hours for some other poor souls. I used to actively recruit and recommend giffgaff. Not anymore. £449 MILLION revenue in 2018 and you can’t provide a reliable service

    @giffgaff I think its sad how you preach about community yet the ones that are really struggling you cant help, it really just comes down to money, i have been with giffgaff most of my life. Think its time to change Help the phoneless- we provide basic mobile handsets to the unfortunate

    @giffgaff Doesn’t get to the root of the problem though. And it doesn’t help prevent it happening to others who may not be as savvy and may fall for it. @Ofcom
