    @giffgaff So it turns out that someone is using your network to 'neighour spoof' your users... Please sort this out as I'm not having to block 'neighour spoofing' on my phone not all of your other customers can do that!

    @parkovanbasten Mine is only 3 months old. Always go for mid-range phone bought outright and on Giffgaff network every 3 years or so. Seeing people spending £2k+ on phone & contract over 2 years when I get what I need for under £550
