    @SMARTYMobileUK just changed my provider from Giffgaff to @SMARTYMobileUK and the coverage is terrible I keep getting 'data usage alerts' no signal Not very happy #mobilecoverage

    @giffgaff hi I have bought a sim on line last month. Not realising that the pac code ran out after 30 days. The sim has never been in a phone and I need a new pac code to move the number to EE please help. I’ve tried the website no help so far

    @CK42883037 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann.
