@BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

@giffgaff ever since 5G has came out your signal in the St.Helens area for 4G has been terrible. Even though I have a 5G compatible phone but can't get 5G in the town 🤔.

@giffgaff first thing I see of giffgaff is an full on LIE 1.The mobile network run by you Speed test shows O2 which is not the users the plans are higher than the service that is using O2 £10 for 7GB of data with data rollover Giffgaff 1GB for £6

@smithsam @giffgaff I don’t understand the bit about connectivity and SMS. The SIM cannot receive an SMS (not a packet data service) without a data bundle?

Having to unlock your @giffgaff account over Twitter is absurd. If security and customer service is a main concern, I highly doubt having people message over Twitter does fulfills either objectives. Why not just have a call service?
