@giffgaff I have got a new phone and your SIM doesn't work in the new one. I have a feeling I might have damaged it during the transfer. Can I order a new SIM WITHOUT changing my phone number? Can't see that option on your website. :(

@Izain1 We understand how frustrating that must have been, Rey. If you have now been able to access your account, you should now be able to do everything you need as normal. If you do continue having the same issues when requesting the code, please send us a DM. - giffgaff Emer.

@CoastalCanary If you use up your data allowance, you should still be able to make calls and send texts as normal as long as you have an active goodybag. If that's not working, please send us a DM with your full postcode, and we can look into that for you. - giffgaff Emer.
