Don’t bother going with @giffgaff I’m trying to cancel a sim my dad set up in intensive care but because I don’t have every piece of information they won’t do it. Apparently they also don’t know how to use a phone so I can talk to someone. Absolutely disgusting company!

I hate to say that but the @giffgaff customer service is the worst ever. My phone got snatched and I tried to get my number back on 4th August. Can’t assess my online bank and other accounts cos they all need to send a code to the number! Can the team just do something?

@giffgaff Well, it’s across Lichfield. Strong signal bars mean nothing - slow connection speeds render it useless in some places.

@virginmedia Yeah no problem but there's no way I'm paying for this month. I've had to use my own data in my house , therefore I'm paying a higher phone package on giffgaff. Its ridiculous, apparently the 2nd engineer told us the first engineer should have booked this but didn't.

@sudden_stars @BBCRadio2 @giffgaff Oh, I buy into all of that. But signal strength is ropey.

@sputniksteve @BBCRadio2 @giffgaff Just my opinion. Giffgaff works in a different way to other networks so you get great value packages on a flexible, rolling monthly basis with no contract. It's only a problem on the very rare occasion you want to text a paid service, but as I said you can add credit.
