@MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

Just watched a disgusting advert on C4. An ad from a group of "companies claiming they want to help us through this difficult period of rising prices." ******* parasites. Boots advertising their advantage card. Coop. Giffgaff. Go Conpare etc etc. LOWER YOUR PRICES that'd help us.

@MENnewsdesk GiffGaff..who piggy back tge O2 network have no planned increases for 2023. £10 month I get unlimited minutes/text & 20GB data +5GB buffer (free) incase I go over 20GB £20 month unlimited everything

So … I lost the SIM card with the number linked to this account so I had to order a new one. Then I had to wait for GiffGaff to transfer my number. Then I tried to get a code sent to this one and it never came. Then I had to tweet Twitter Support / Elon Musk and practically beg.

@giffgaff No good to me, I need a proper service, this has nothing to do with the service being 'busy' and a lot to do with O2 not fixing or upgrading equipment. Looks like i'm off to vodafone......

@rockNrowell @O2 @MartinSLewis They are a disgusting company. My contact is cheap, just £8 but I won’t be staying, giffgaff and Tesco use the same network and no in contract price rises. Just vile.

@giffgaff I swapped to your service due to the better data coverage in my area, now it's dropped out to virtually no data, much worse in the evenings, almost unusable. When will this be fixed? I'll need to switch providers if it continues for much longer. I use two of your sims.
