Fred (@fred6279) reported@cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.

K!mpossible ๐ (@BubbaBubs2007) reported@giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?
