@giffgaff is there a reason you don't allow conference calls on your network? I mean, you should let people know this on time, so people can avoid your network.

Afternoon @giffgaff curious if you can help, my mother has a PAYG sim with Virgin Mobile was are ending the PAYG deals. She DOESN'T need data, just sticks £5 on every month or so. No point in a Goodybag, can she just top-up credit and use the phone with a GiffGaff sim??

@MrsSTeaches I realise it isn’t what you asked but my tech-savvy friend persuaded me to go contactless with GiffGaff and just own the handset. Do a great range and I’ve never looked back. Save £20 a month on the contract I would have had; and always had a surplus when time to buy another.

@Bexstorr We're sorry to hear this, Rebecca. If your phone is asking for a SIM Network PIN then this means your phone is locked to the previous network you used. In this case, you'll need to get in touch with them or take it to a Mobile repair store near you. - giffgaff Tasbiya
