Eh? I? (@Aug24) reportedHey @giffgaff - returned a phone to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and somewhere between being collected from my door and you, the package got emptied. So far, so bad - but it gets worse. RM say that they don't reimburse >£100. So your return service is unfit for purpose.

NinjaPanda (@PandaSquiish) reported@AnxiousHolly In the UK only a few carriers support esim. Its never mentioned in any adverts and its on contract only. PAYG networks like giffgaff don't support esim. I get the simplicity and convenience of esim but swapping between phones, how easy is it compared to just swapping a sim card?
