Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@gcluley @VodafoneUK I had the same issue with Vodafone and EE. I had to cancel my direct debits. They put a notice on my credit history, Long battle to cancel. In have been using GiffGaff Pay as you go for several years and so happier and cheaper.

@giffgaff Yeah, I often tell my pals, if they have an emergency I'll get back to them in a week. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 8 DAYS AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. STILL NEVER HAD A REAL-TIME CONVERSATION WITH ANYONE!

@giffgaff It’s not good enough. I need to be able to call out I live alone so what do I do in an emergency????? This is ridiculous it’s poor customer service I can’t call anyone back nor can I listen. To voicemails for someone who suffers. With anxiety being without no contact is not good

Back and forth between @giffgaff and @hsbc to chase down a regular payment that has been going out of my account to an unknown party's phone for OVER A YEAR without me realising (yep, my bad). Someone's been having free calls off me since late 2019. So annoying. Hopefully sorted.

@itssjpbaby I’m with giffgaff, I chose them purely because they were cheap! I believe they use O2’s network? I get great coverage and they cost less than three did 🥴 I keep getting happily surprised when my signal is perfect in areas where I previously had none!
