  • trrhodes Ross Rhodes (@trrhodes) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

  • clouddancefest Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland

@giffgaff So, your goodybags don’t cover any phone calls or texts - including phone calls to landline numbers (0131) or texts to other Giffgaff users. How much do users have to bribe GG for even a vaguely functional service, and what compensation does GG give failed customers?

  • jammach Gavin BrrrIan Barrie 🏳️‍🌈🐕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👬🎮 (@jammach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

  • DRZO73 David Ogilvie (@DRZO73) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Awww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

  • AndruRomanowski Andrés Romanowski (@AndruRomanowski) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@giffgaff Thank you Kyle. I just contacted an agent to see if they can help.

  • paulforsyth7867 Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

  • alexstewardd Alex Steward (@alexstewardd) reported from Kinnesswood, Scotland

@marktheram7 @Gem_Szr @joannefowkes Yeah giffgaff are fab, never had any problems and it’s cheap!

@giffgaff I had ordered for two sims last Friday (June 3) . I have not yet received the same. When I contacted customer service , I was asked to buy another. So what would happen to £16 that I paid for them. It’s already being taken from my account

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

@lrl014 @giffgaff Hi. Yes you can. You are allowed 20gig max data usage per goodybag in a 63 days period. Dont buy a goodybag bigger than 20GB for EU/EEA usage. Reason is after 20GB data will cost 0.36p/MB and u’ll still not be able to start a new goodybag early until it’s down to 100 MB or below.

  • selinnotcelinee selyoncé (taylor’s version) 🏠 (@selinnotcelinee) reported

@giffgaff I just bought a new phone- the sim has been fine in this phone for the past week. i haven’t been in contact with anyone because i was having trouble logging into the app. could you check the account for me please?

  • alexjbooks AlexJ (@alexjbooks) reported

@KellyQuilt Needs to change her phone provider then. I went to Spain 3 weeks ago. Firstly I had no issues with airports in or out. And secondly my usual £10 top up was available to use with no extra charges @giffgaff

  • V1echa Viecha (@V1echa) reported

******* #giffgaff still cant fix network errors around town @giffgaff lazy people ... why the hell they work there if cant do the work ....

  • WolfieSmiffed Del-4Ri (@WolfieSmiffed) reported

@giffgaff Yes, no worries. I'm having to do this from my phone in the park, to get service so please bare with me

@Binzyi @KellyQuilt I'm a person over 60. I often use synonyms because I feel they make sentences less repetitive. And, yes, Giffgaff customers can assist each other with queries (to a large extent), via their website. Customers can gain call credit from Giffgaff when they help other customers.

  • 4StarLeaded SeahorseFarrier (@4StarLeaded) reported

@Darmapow The only thing I can think of is to use a provider that doesn’t share its network (giffgaff as an example piggyback O2), but volume on the mast will muller the upload speed.

  • jacobwyn29 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗯 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🙏 🇺🇦 (@jacobwyn29) reported

@giffgaff I moved to your network yesterday and bought an £8 goody bag, but have had NO signal since. How can I get a refund so that I can go back to my previous network? Thanks.

  • peter_lord Сер Пітер Лорд 🇺🇦 😎🇬🇧🇪🇺🌍 (@peter_lord) reported

@Binzyi @KellyQuilt Wrt 2.: They don't. They let customers ask how to do things on Giffgaff or to describe any problems they've had with the service, and other customers often supply the answers. Frankly, I've found it to "just work" after a little initial settling-in, but it's not for everyone.
