@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@giffgaff Can someone help me with my DPD delivery? Apparently I have to complain to you rather than them. The driver sat outside my house then I received a message to say that he couldn't find my house. No I don't have my new phone. #CustomerService #help #dpdarerubbish

Hey @giffgaff - why am I not getting decent signal anymore? I’ve done usual stuff (restarting phone, turning on and off airplane mode etc) but nothing’s changed. Is it O2’s fault? Baffled (and frustrated).

Every month I buy mobile phone packages from Giffgaff. Each time, I get an email that tells me: "Hurrah, my Goodybag purchase has been successful." Each time, I cringe. Why must everything be so childish? It's a mobile telecommunications service, not a bag of little sweeties.

@jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

Guess I'm not going with giffgaff. No other alternative to paying a phone on a monthly plan outside of Klarna which isn't an option for me anymore. It sucks ***

@Beddy7865 Yes, it is a negative unfortunately but they are robust and “generally “ bug free. Go for a guaranteed refurb? We always use giffgaff refurbs for phones and never had a problems .

@giffgaff why do I barely have signal and no 4g? Can’t even go on the site/app because it asks for verification and then never sends me the code!
