They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

If your phone is asking for a SIM Network PIN then this means your phone is locked to the previous network you used. I just want my money back, no more refurb phones with faulty batteries please. Give me a phone number to call plz.
