They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.
