    @stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

    @wife_squirt You must help you father remember his email address then soi he can reset his password and log in as you have said yourself that he does not have the info he's required to provide for UK GDPR laws. So you must help him access his account via his email. - giffgaff Gavin
