@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

@giffgaff I've tried mutiple devices, laptop, tablet, phone, different browsers on each, different wireless connections and get the same message on each one. Still not working.

@giffgaff I think after a week of no network coverage you now tell me I have used up all my data....it is time to quit Giffgaff and find a more reliable provider for my journey on the canal. I would have advertised you to my followers on the other platforms if you had been better

Great customer service from @giffgaff today. Told them I was having issues with my data connection. Within an hour told I was being processed a refund. Thanks guys.

@giffgaff I can't be the only person on god's green earth that has this problem, well it's not a problem, I just have to select 24 hours later to send the message by SMS where it's trying to send it by internet

@giffgaff and @O2 seems that this is not the best network for use on a canal away from civilization. Can anyone recommend a more reliable network that may want some promotion on my other profile and social media as I continue my lone canal journey. I don't mind advertising
