    @stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    Got a 3rd phone from giffgaff to replace the refurb that I purchased over a year ago. This one doesn't work either. I think I am done trying to get a working phone from them and am just going to change provider. Do not buy refurbished phones from giffgaff.

    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @techtoby__ Get an eSim from a different network and switch around when the internets slow or down. I’ve got unlim EE physical sim and giffgaff eSim as a backup👌
