@giffgaff I'm just on a train out but I've done so and I'll you know if it's fixed anything next time I'm there. It's *only* central Manchester that has this problem, mind.

  • PaulJTucker Paul Tucker (@PaulJTucker) reported

@giffgaff hi, the other day my credit ran out because somehow my account was reset (not by me) to not auto update my goodybag and I received no notification about this. Could you please help me reinstate the credit?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Longsight We do hope it helps Ashleigh. There are no issues showing when checking with the postcode for Victoria station, so it may be that the station itself is a dark zone for connection, which could be causing your problems. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • 1BenBaller Ben Baller (@1BenBaller) reported

@chrisssully @giffgaff @Ofcom Also, they require it to be sent within 60 seconds. It's possible you don't have good signal.

  • nickofmn0506 Nick Oliver 🇬🇧 (@nickofmn0506) reported

@giffgaff yet again not able to connect to Internet despite paying for data. Pointless network and time to change I think

  • AlexBoyd Alex Boyd (@AlexBoyd) reported

@giffgaff Hello. I'm getting this issue again and again while trying to login "Oops. Sorry, something went wrong on our side." Can you help?

  • RedSteppaJ MAN LIKE RED J (@RedSteppaJ) reported

@giffgaff I HAVE your app, yet you decide to send FIVE spam mass texts telling me to get? (6 yr GG customer, sort your spammy autotexts)

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Longsight If it's only occurring when in central Manchester, there may be an issue with the masts in and around that area, rather than it being busy. Try the manual roam to see if this makes any change when in that area, hopefully it does the trick. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • FallenThespian Fa la la la lallen_Thespian (@FallenThespian) reported

@1BenBaller @giffgaff EE, 3, Vodafone, Virgin, ID, Lebara, Lyca all £5. ASDA - £1. "Never has been lower" isn't really an explanation of why it can't be lower though

  • Alec_Spicer IntrovertiAL (@Alec_Spicer) reported

@giffgaff hey GiffGaff, your 4g/5g network has been none existent all day in the Stoke/ST8 area. Myself and multiple friends can't get signal unless we use the 2g/3g band. I was just letting you know incase it's not reported yet👍
