    @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

    @ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.
