@giffgaff hi there, need help if you can please. I cannot get a signal to use the internet as soon as I’m away from home (and never have been able to). Any help would be really appreciated please, I don’t have a clue what the problem could be, sim, phone etc etc?

  • Robdeespania Robert Tkaczyk (@Robdeespania) reported

@giffgaff Fine, I’ve cancelled my reoccurring goody bag and ordered a sim from another network. They seemed happy for my to pay them a monthly fee without me actually using the sim. I would have thought giffgaff would have been happy to receive payments for a service I don’t use.

@giffgaff @MoTheComedian Are you going to introduce a better solution for EU roaming? Current offering is unworkable and I won’t be a customer next time I travel if you don’t have a better option by then.
