    @LindyLoo_Sweet Hi there Linda. It can take up to 24 hours from your port in day for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

    @giffgaff I switched from Vodafone yesterday. Now can’t receive calls or texts messages on iPhone. Have turned off, updated software etc etc. Help!

    @virginmedia The bill date is 2 November. Payment date is 22 November. I also had to buy extra Giffgaff data £10 for essential communications during the loss of 7 days Virgin service. When I've reported regular loss of service in the past, I've never received amended bills from virgin.

    Look @giffgaff thanks for the extra 5gb but i never use the first 5gb. Can’t you do a goodybag plan thats less than £10 and more than £6 ? 1gb is not enough and 15 is too much :(

    @giffgaff Much prefer it if you put pressure on @o2 to sort coverage issues out around Stockport, or I’ll be switching to @EE.
