@giffgaff Thank you but as I don't use my DATA in my house as I have WI-FI it's the usage out and about it's slow it's non responsive and it's no longer value for money so checking my post code would achieve nothing I travel regularly and ok I only pay £10 or so a month but it's not value

@JamesTurner37 The take away James, is why are you with O2? GiffGaff is the same network, offers zero customer service but is a fraction of the price.

  • oldskoolkiddy Mike Fletcher (@oldskoolkiddy) reported

@giffgaff Packaging - no problem, and I’d expect a phone sold as in excellent condition to run as such. Other refurbished iPhone sellers guarantee a minimum battery performance of 85%? No point spending £200 on a phone to have rubbish battery life!

@TomoTheTechie Literally a bad muppet, defo sitting on the dole with his giffgaff payg sim card the wet lettuce

  • jamescummings James Cummings (@jamescummings) reported

@miaridge Yeah, I'm terrible at switching anything. Any recommendations? GiffGaff uses O2 network so I'd have same network access (but slower I hear). Have virgin broadband so maybe they'll give me a deal.
