@katelallyx Circumstances resulted in me using a Samsung , absolutely hate it, so thankfully back on my iPhone. If you’re happy with your current phone go contract free, @giffgaff are amazing they operate on the @O2 network, I pay £15 a month.

@RobertHol6 Hi Robert. We're so sorry to hear that you're having problems. The SIM can take up to 24 hours to fully activate once you activate this on your account. We would recommend restarting your phone periodically during this time as this usually helps. - giffgaff Emer.

@asda_mobile Your service and website is now terrible. My new monthly bundle has not automatically renewed, as for whatever reason money cannot be taken from a active debit card, cannot top up either, or even add a new card due to a 500 error. I am switching to giffgaff instead. Screw you!

@liamnorris1001 Sky mobile just runs on top of O2's network, which is fine enough locally. Just comes down to whether you like dealing with Sky or not. I usually go for GiffGaff myself.
