    @giffgaff No 4g either. I couldn't even show my elderly housebound aunt who doesn't have internet any pics of urns so she could chose one for her late husband. The amount of stress your service, or there lack of, has piled on this week...

    Does anyone have experience on going: Absolutely Ham with a mobile service provider? @giffgaff literally sent me instructions to brick my new phone and now they're refusing to help fix the problem they created. So need some advice for how to get the ball rolling on that!
