@giffgaff I'm having huge problems with data on my phone and it seems to be caused by 5G. My keeps on switching from 5G to 4G and back again many times with no data being sent/received. Phone is Google Pixel 6.

Which mobile phone network is the best? I’m with giffgaff which piggyback’s off the O2 platform and it absolutely shite. Anyone with that new Smarty virtual network that piggybacks off the three platform?

what’s a girl gotta do to get some service i’ve turned aeroplane mode on and off, as well as my phone, i’ve checked the local signal, i’ve tried to get it to connect to a different service and when it didn’t work go back and i’ve reset my network still nothing. help #giffgaff

@BigSteMUFC40 I've been with @giffgaff since leaving Vodafone some 8 years ago. Never had an issue with them the whole time I've been with them. They've been great.

@DrAnamorphosis @EE They're owned by BT, therein lies the problem. Ironically it's awful phoning BT. I got shot of my EE contract, moved to Giffgaff, I couldn't be happier.

@giffgaff no data or signal all day, in various areas of London. 14fb if data, texts and calls also left in my plan. other Sims work in my phone, mine doesn't work in another. Any ideas please? Need to use tomorrow urgently

Hi @giffgaff. We set up a phone for our elderly parent, but she doesn't use the phone. Trying to cancel, but we don't have the phone to login. How do we cancel without just cancelling the DD? There doesn't seem to be a way to talk to anyone.
