    @virginmedia so after my number switch to giffgaff without my permission vm got it back but still no incoming calls or text for 2 weeks now and still not working after 2 new sims

    @Shanelee18577 @giffgaff Hi Shane Always On means you never run out of data. You get a set amount of blazingly fast 4G and 5G data, then a reduced data speed of 384 kbps from 8am to midnight

    @giffgaff Hi, My sim was illegitimately ported to GiffGaff by a HACKER. I have raised a complaint with O2 and Action fraud ref NFRC230305817142, please BLOCK this number before it is a misused mob: 07727663885

    @giffgaff there seems to be no coverage at all around Brockley on the rail side .. it's got quite bad.

    @giffgaff @UswitchUK Wtf? I am constantly plagued with no signal on my journey. I have never known a more unreliable service.

    @virginmedia why is it so hard to speak with someone in the UK. So my number was transferred to giffgaff without my permission recovered by vm no 2 replacement sims later still no incoming calls, texts. Still being charged full price for service

    @1BenBaller @giffgaff It’s on its way back but why annoyed me was that @giffgaff didn’t seem to care. I was told to contact apple support. Erm no. If I buy a phone then I expect it to work

    @Beska @sleepy_homo Giffgaff were great for this, I’d been on £10/month for about 8 years with the monthly data going up every year. Unfortunately their (actually O2’s) signal at the new house is crap so now I’m with EE for £16.80 for the same usage :/
