@giffgaff hi, I seem to have way more issues with my data than my partner who is also with giffgaff. I very rarely have reliable data in most places especially when in cities. Any ideas why or how I can resolve this?

@giffgaff I would have understood a gradual increase over the years - it didn't make sense that I was paying the same since October 2015 until March 2023. This now looks bad on giffgaff because rises of >30% are difficult to digest. Maybe adding more data to goody bags could mitigate.

@giffgaff Thanks for the link, I read the whole thing already prior to posting. Skype allows calls through the app at 2.1 p/min, what is the customer incentive for using giffgaff now? Shocking to see how a company raises prices but does not offer any other benefit to customers in return...
