@Laica23 You can use a laptop, phone, tablet etc. if you wish when activating a new SIM. Hopefully you're able to get the payment unblocked and able to process your new activation with no further issues once completed. - giffgaff Jeanette

@Laica23 You shouldn't face any issues with activating a new SIM on a new account. If it's saying the membername is no longer available, it may be that you've successfully set the account up. Please check your emails for this and the same payment method can be used. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff It seems that recurring top up for the £6 goody bag failed for some reason. This happened to us before. If we are still prepared to pay for a monthly goody bag why end the service?

@FullerHistory We can appreciate that this must have been very concerning when this occurred Anthony. Is the SIM not working at all? We have a policy whereby if a SIM is not used for outgoing calls, texts or data, nor topped up in a 6-month period, it is deactivated. (1/2) - giffgaff Jeanette
