@_lagspike How strange Dex. Are you able to check if your son has accidentally blocked your number on his phone? As there is no other issues with the network and the SIM can receive calls and texts from everyone else, then this would not appear to be a SIM issue - giffgaff Nicole

  • Piskopat54Yazar Emrah #Trabzonspor (@Piskopat54Yazar) reported

@giffgaff I never activated the sim So if I don’t activate it you don’t charge me monthly, is that right ?

@EE Is by far the best network out there for me. I’ve had the lot 3,o2,Tesco,giffgaff,Vodafone ect ect and nothing compares to the quality of connection and customer service that EE are giving me. One happy customer! May even treat myself to an iPad in a few months👌🙌👍

  • Joen_Th3 Swarley Quinn (@Joen_Th3) reported

@giffgaff Having checked with a colleague, it's the mobile data that is the problem rather than my calls. I renewed my goody bag this morning. Does that help?

  • NickHackett2 Nicholas (@NickHackett2) reported

@giffgaff Is someone on there network trying to scam people, as neither Action fraud or Ofcom want to deal with it. I'm on tesco mobile so no one on giffaff should have my mob number.

  • Piskopat54Yazar Emrah #Trabzonspor (@Piskopat54Yazar) reported

@giffgaff Hi There I have bought goody bag with my phone but I do not wish to use that Do I still have to do to cancel it or is it okay to leave it as it is ?

  • GimfelDweller Toni Web (@GimfelDweller) reported

@giffgaff I have today received a sim card addressed to my address but the addressee does not live here and never has. I believe this could be a scam. who do I speak to please?

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

@giffgaff You clearly do not under what these "alerts are" these are specific Alert Notifications for 02 WiFi hotspots. Suggesting users need to turn off their WiFi completely is just technical illiteracy. I don't get an Alert Notification every time my phone see's a WiFi network do I
