I suppose it should be O2 I'm pissed off at since giffgaff are just a reseller the above problems rest with O2, really.

It's always a shame when a once good company's customer service goes down the pan, so it's sad to see it happen to @giffgaff. Who have also fallen into the "if the delivery company we chose to use have failed it's up to you to complain to them, bye" shittery

@Zebsmattz @giffgaff That's one of the funny things, we know there's cheaper but have stuck with them. Happy with O2 signal where we live etc. But it does make you think a bit harder about it....

@scotdavid63 Hi David. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your new SIM services to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

Really disappointed with the patronising responses I’m getting from @giffgaff agents. “I’m sorry you didn’t see the info that was sent you” - when I was never sent the info! Going round in circles asking for info to be resent and them being told it has already been sent! 🙈🙈🙈

@Markngaz1 Our engineers have found an issue and we’re organising specialist equipment to come and do the repair. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data - sorry about that - giffgaff Nicole

@Chutzpah84 @giffgaff How much is Giffgaff these days? There are a few options for no contract sims that we've tried eg smarty, lebara. You can try them for a month and cancel if no good. Lebara has 15gb for 7 quid and half price for 3 months!
