    @sputniksteve @BBCRadio2 @giffgaff I love giffgaff, it's the best network. Just email radio 2 instead, or stick £10 credit on for this sort of stuff.

    @IndiaWilloughby @vodafone @giffgaff After 18 years of loyal customer Vodafone broke its own contract with me so I left. their staff refused to refund the money they took and are now trying intimidation. I’m keen to go to court and expose this, make a little documentary as well as it’s clear I’m not the only victim

    @giffgaff is there a problem with the network today?

  • alanbs37 Alan (@alanbs37) reported

    @virginmedia Yeah no problem but there's no way I'm paying for this month. I've had to use my own data in my house , therefore I'm paying a higher phone package on giffgaff. Its ridiculous, apparently the 2nd engineer told us the first engineer should have booked this but didn't.

  • aIiciaxi Alicia ☆ (@aIiciaxi) reported

    @copprbtw @Apviloo @giffgaff Wtf is this 😭

  • sudden_stars Captain Easychord (@sudden_stars) reported

    @sputniksteve @BBCRadio2 @giffgaff Just my opinion. Giffgaff works in a different way to other networks so you get great value packages on a flexible, rolling monthly basis with no contract. It's only a problem on the very rare occasion you want to text a paid service, but as I said you can add credit.
