@giffgaff, any reason why there's a data network outage that had my phone tell me "Yo your phone data network's gone"? Can't be the only one who's brought this up.

  • rebby1992 Rebekah Chapman (@rebby1992) reported from Nottinghamshire, England

@giffgaff can you tell me why you keep turning off my network? I need my internet and calls for work and you keep cutting me off. Your website doesn't have any information on it as to what is going on.

  • dazzaellis Darren Ellis 💙 PLEASE WEAR A MASK (@dazzaellis) reported

@Ofcom Most of them come from mobile numbers that's an issue and it seems @giffgaff is the worst provider of these scam calls

  • BethanyAnneJane Bethany Stanley (@BethanyAnneJane) reported

@EvanEdinger Three were fine, nothing special. O2 (I was on giffgaff though) were great tbh, no complaints. Just switched back to Vodafone who I had on a work phone a few years back, they were the only network who could give me signal in the property I lived in at the time. Going ok so far 🤞

@giffgaff awful service when it comes to replacing a lost number. Please get me in touch with a real person

  • bridohingwy BridoHingwy (@bridohingwy) reported

Giffgaff is apparently the mobile network “run by you”. I feel bad cos I really haven’t contributed anything recently. Or ever.

Afternoon @giffgaff curious if you can help, my mother has a PAYG sim with Virgin Mobile was are ending the PAYG deals. She DOESN'T need data, just sticks £5 on every month or so. No point in a Goodybag, can she just top-up credit and use the phone with a GiffGaff sim??

  • jmsreflect AbingdonLT Reflect (@jmsreflect) reported

@MrsSTeaches I realise it isn’t what you asked but my tech-savvy friend persuaded me to go contactless with GiffGaff and just own the handset. Do a great range and I’ve never looked back. Save £20 a month on the contract I would have had; and always had a surplus when time to buy another.
