Abraham (@Abraham77213196) reported@giffgaff is 4G not working? It’s been absolutely **** over the last couple weeks. I currently have 3G.
-
Andy S (@AndrewShute2) reported@giffgaff @O2 would somebody like to sort out the transmitter strength that covers PR7 before I take my custom to another network, I’ve moved to within 0.5km of one of the Uk’s busiest motorway service areas & have one bar or it drops to 3G 😡 Ridiculous & slow!! .
-
MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported@JerryGiraffe @giffgaff Yes, in order to access any support aside the frequently asks questions and the knowledge base, you would have to create an account to access the community or contact the agents.
-
Ian McNee (@IanSMcNee) reported@EE Too late. Your tech support basically told me to "turn it off & back on again" so I've cancelled my EE accounts & moved to @GiffGaff. Your website uses some kind of anti-DDOS filtering that generates false positives & your tech support won't acknowledge this = website unusable.

Sherina Anuar (@shed7anorak) reported@giffgaff Okay thanks I tried via text and it didnt work either. Could it have something to do with me switching provider and requesting a PAK code? They no longer recognise me as a customer
-
James Nairne (@JerryGiraffe) reported@Giffgaff is there any way of getting hold of anyone at GiffGaff when there looks like a security breach on your systems? My daughter has been locked out of her account, her phone won't connect to your network, but you can't raise an issue without logging in. Not exactly easy.

Andrzej Łukowski (@MrLukowski) reported@giffgaff hello! I bought a refurbed iPhone from you that was supposed to be ‘like new’ but the battery life is terrible - would this fall under a technical fault or would I just be better off refunding and start again? Apologies if this account doesn’t deal with hardware
-
Andrzej Łukowski (@MrLukowski) reported@giffgaff hi one more thing - I have left the charger that came with the phone at my workplace and won't be going back soon. Is this a problem? I’m very happy to not have the charger replaced, or to send a different but slightly older charger with it… just don’t want return invalidated!
