    @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

    I have never used @klarna before but I have just been refused a loan via @giffgaff to buy an iPhone. I am full time employed on a good wage and the loan is for approx £350 spread over 12 months. If someone like me can't get a small loan like this what is the point of klarna?

    @giffgaff it's a bit of a joke that you can't reach customer services (of a phone provider) by phone in a hurry. I need urgent help and can't get a quick response from your site

  • dysontour Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported

    @giffgaff Improve your customer service

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

    @HubertHobux @giffgaff giffgaff don't accept payments by direct debit,you're paying them by Continuous Payment Authority from your credit/debit card or Paypal so if you're paying by card you need to log into your giffgaff account to cancel the payments.

  • daggley Daniel Higley (@daggley) reported

    @AskKlarna @Klarna @giffgaff Yes please. What is your customer services number?

    I am holidaying in Wooler, Northumberland. My wife has GiffGaff and I have Plusnet. Both use O2's Network. She has a lower signal than me and gets service but I am 'denied' - taken from our relative Samsung mobile phone settings. WHY??? @Plusnet

  • BigSister Старша сестра (Big Sister)🇺🇦 🇪🇺🇺🇳🇬🇧🌻 (@BigSister) reported

    @cherwilsonx Giffgaff run on the O2 network, so the issue is with them, not giffgaff.
