@giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

so im chuckling today because on Saturday morning a @giffgaff rep said there is no issue with my local mast... however O2 has had problems over the weekend with the local mast used by giffgaff...

@giffgaff I have got a new phone and your SIM doesn't work in the new one. I have a feeling I might have damaged it during the transfer. Can I order a new SIM WITHOUT changing my phone number? Can't see that option on your website. :(
