    @giffgaff I've had terrible signal over last few weeks in Hu5 1sw region is there any issues. While at work at that postcode really struggled to load hardly any Web pages.

    @tee_taylor30 Hey Tee. We're sorry to hear that. We're not sure how this has happened, has your GiffGaff number been moved over to your new Three SIM? If so, this would then cancel off your GiffGaff account. When you requested your PAC, did you do this for your PAYG SIM? -Jenn
