ᴊᴀᴄᴋ (@imcalledjac) reported@giffgaff why does my network go down at 3pm everyday? It lasts about 30-45mins daily! It's beyond a joke now
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 Unfortunately, this isn't something we can investigate through social media, and must advise that you keep in touch with our agents through your case, and provide any information that they need there, so we can help sort this out for you as soon as possible. – giffgaff Tasbiya

Natalya Dell (@natalyadell) reported@helenvecht @rogermerriman Three seem to have cocked up by lots of people on their network not getting it. I've seen QTs suggesting other networks repeatedly broadcast the alert (as per spec) and Three didn't... I was on GiffGaff and Three, dual sims, so could have been either which got it.

ely (@elyy033) reported@giffgaff I have unlimited data and my bill has been paid, but my data is not working and I have no access to internet
-
Woody Knows (@Woody3704) reported@SamRobi90967600 @hewantswealth Yh unlimited data isnt exactly unlimited Giffgaff has a 650GB limit. If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads
-
CakeBake (@C_W_T_F) reported@giffgaff hi, im having trouble with network. I ca get online but streaming is very poor and cannot make or receive calls. I have switched on and off, call settings are all on/the right settings. Please help

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@JamEfter We're sorry to hear that there seems to be an issue moving your number across to us. Rest assured the agents will be able to help further via your case. In the meantime we would recommend removing your case reference number from public posts - giffgaff Jade
