@CorkLike68 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Megan (2/2)

Rant for today - the battery power on my refurbished @giffgaff phone is rubbish & it barely lasts until lunch time, so I have to carry a charger all the time. I've messaged & been told I can send back for repair but it could take up to 10 days. Anything else you can do to help?

@giffgaff yet again no signal at all in TN12 6 postcode. No warning. Impossible to do anything that requires a mobile passcode. Absolutely ridiculous as lost signal for several days last month too.
