@giffgaff I've had terrible signal over last few weeks in Hu5 1sw region is there any issues. While at work at that postcode really struggled to load hardly any Web pages.

@giffgaff evening, I’ve been getting a poor signal now for more than a month or more, been told previously it’s a mast issue that’s being sorted, still struggling, what’s happening??

@giffgaff took me nearly 20 minutes just to load your Twitter page. I don’t know why I bother topping up at this point the service is absolutely horrendous and the same excuse everytime. “Waiting for a part for our mast” anyone recommend a different company? #crapnetwork

@Lagnezmo17 It sure is, Leonardo. We are a pay as you go network and do not offer contracts. It is possible to set the goodybag to automatically recur each month, and this can be cancelled anytime - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff Still nothing done after more then two months going back and forth, don’t feel like it’s been helpful even though some glitch or mistake by giffgaff but not ready to help.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My advice to everybody is get a SIM-only monthly deal like Giffgaff. Much better value, they charge a monthly amount to your card and you can cancel when you want. Buy phone separately.
