@giffgaff why is my network coverage so bad atm? I've been missing messages and not receiving calls completely for the last month now. And my mobile data is so slow. I've reset the network settings on my phone etc and done all the troubleshooting I can. Please can you help!

@girlonthenet @giffgaff I had a similar issue with my new vodafone phone. Previously had to prove I was over 18 and when I got my new phone it wouldn’t let me access some blog sites so I had to go into the shop. Turns out it wasn’t the age thing but the new security they had added 🙄

@giffgaff hi, my data speed has been awful for around 2 weeks now, I’d say slower than standard 3G. Been on the network for a few years and never been this bad. Not changed phone or anything else recently. Any idea what the cause might be?

@giffgaff @O2 I have a baby & need to get in contact w family & healthcare workers but a mast in my area isnt working. When will it work? This is atrocious, nothing for a week. No updates, nothing. Appalling. Temporary solution needed, otherwise my childs health is in your hands!
