@giffgaff I've had terrible signal over last few weeks in Hu5 1sw region is there any issues. While at work at that postcode really struggled to load hardly any Web pages.

@OrganisedPauper Start getting public on their arses. Find out which parties are on Twitter - complain re the bad service. They'll invite you to DM them re personal deets. I do this when anyone gives me the run around Inc Transport for Wales and Giffgaff - both of whom rightfully reimbursed me.

@giffgaff hi, I've had no phone signal all day, yet being told no issue. Have tried rebooting phone x3, checked all settings etc and all good. Hubby on same network with you and he's the same

@ijjeeezy @giffgaff Even if customer services are helpful why are they trying to ***** people out of money on trade ins? there’s hundreds of reviews online where people accuse them of falsifying condition reports in order to give low quotes. Borderline illegal IMO

Absolutely fuming with #giffgaff my elderly disabled father can’t communicate with my mother because his phone is broken, he has his hearing aids operated through an app. #giffgaff have not responded to any communication for 2 days!! 😡😡😡

@O2 I have an iphone that I have had for years and I now find it is locked to O2. I was using a giffgaff sim so no problem until now. I want to unlock the iphone to any network as a backup. I do not have an O2 account. Can you help me unlock my iphone?

@giffgaff Why did I just have a dodgy Indian call centre with a spoofed Northern Ireland number call me asking me to sign up to a new "discount" O2 tariff? Are you selling customer information?
