@giffgaff day two running on my subscription to this network and still I can't make use of my line. No calls, no text and no data connection. I have seek for help from agent and all I get is I should keep restarting my phone every now and then. Its way past 24hours now

@Yorksims @giffgaff I've spent a fortune on this giffgaff connection as I NEVER make it to the end of the month before running-out of data. My buying the 25 quid permanently-on plan instead, I gained nothing!!!

@Yorksims 2 .... I have another complaint about Giffgaff. Giffgaff assumes that everyone is computer-literate. I couldn't post my complaint in giffgaffs' community thingy - what the hell is a "tag" ??) The community thing should be accessible to even computer-illiterate peeps.
