@RoamingRay @giffgaff It's an utter joke. They've just messaged me to say get in touch via the website. Erm, yes have done, hence the poor response. Zero customer service. Just bc they're web based doesn't mean they shouldn't deal with actual problems! Esp of their own making, selling dangerous phone!

  • LesleyGracie Lesley Gracie (@LesleyGracie) reported

@steffi1281 @giffgaff Are you on Sky mobile, I am, I think it’s an issue with sky as none of my contacts work.

  • LauraKing14 Laura Gibson (@LauraKing14) reported

@giffgaff Bought phone from you in August under warranty. Last week I took it out of my bag flashing red hot and had to cool down in freezer. It then turned off. Sent it back to you, you've told me I have to pay £519 to fix it or £15 to send back broken: standard practice?

  • CrypticOpenings Cryptic Openings (@CrypticOpenings) reported

@giffgaff Emergency! If I order a refurbished phone now, can you have it to me tomorrow?

  • DeepDownDirtyRL DEEPDOWNDIRTY (@DeepDownDirtyRL) reported

@giffgaff I really like being your customer @giffgaff and I am very sure I have NEVER felt like that about any other phone network provider!

  • 1BenBaller Ben Baller (@1BenBaller) reported

@Teresastorey81 @giffgaff Hi Teresa, when you close your account all payment methods are removed. Is it possible you have another another account? I would suggest calling the bank to cancel future payments being made.

  • RoamingRay RayB (@RoamingRay) reported

@LauraKing14 @giffgaff Don't know if this will help, but they and o2, the network they are piggy-backed onto share offices at 260 Bath Road, on the Slough Trading Estate. If you've complained more than 5 days ago, consider going to @Ofcom ?

  • rhalfpenny Rich Halfpenny (@rhalfpenny) reported

@attack_monkey Unlocked Huawei B535's are relatively cheap on eBay. Throw in a GiffGaff (o2) or Smarty SIM (Three) depending on whose cell infra you're nearest to. I do weekly streaming for a church via 4G as no fixed feed.. local Three cell gives 50M down / 30M up happily.
