NinjaPanda (@PandaSquiish) reported@AnxiousHolly In the UK only a few carriers support esim. Its never mentioned in any adverts and its on contract only. PAYG networks like giffgaff don't support esim. I get the simplicity and convenience of esim but swapping between phones, how easy is it compared to just swapping a sim card?

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@callamia @giffgaff Do you have an iPhone and if so do you have wifi assist switched on (the default setting is on)? If so whenever you wifi signal drops or gets a bit weak your iPhone will use mobile data which you'll be charged for.

Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.
