    @giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

    @giffgaff my sons phone signal has totally disappeared. I can’t ring him, it’s not even going to answerphone. His WiFi is all ok though. Can you help?

    Cancelled PAC, neither has full signal strength in town centre, 3 has better signal strength where I live just up the road from my parents, but same as GiffGaff where I live, so no point in moving

    @O2 I took a pay monthly e-sim this week and ported my number from giffgaff. I don't have any signal since then and I can see correct mobile number in the my o2 section. I have sent my number in DM. Could someone take a look, please?

    @Burke_MFC @raidovermoscow @Boro I get my internet through BT. I turned wifi off on my phone, so I was just using my data allowance (giffgaff) and had no problem then. Hope you get sorted bud.

    @giffgaff I am locked out my account and I need help ASAP! All your customer service agents do is respond 24 hours later and copy/paste the same operational lines and directives - not helpful. I need someone to call me so we can talk in realtime.
