    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    @plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

    @giffgaff It isn’t a problem with my bank. I’ve confirmed this with them. Also when I’ve asked a family member to try on a laptop with a different card, the same issue occurs so it is obviously a problem on your end.

    @giffgaff This is the issue. I need to get this resolved now. Sending chats and waiting 24 hours for a message to resolve an issue on your side isn’t ideal. Is there a contact number I can call instead?

    @laurendeboneill This is my 6th Twitter account, I think. To get back on twitter, after suspension, means having a new telephone number and a new email address. What I had to do is: 1. Purchase a giffgaff sim from argos for a quid. 2. Pay giffgaff £6 for a basic service...

    @__Myron__ @giffgaff It’ll be 4 weeks tomo! They couldn’t replace phone so I asked for a refund, they’ve just given me £149…for an £800 phone, they’re a joke! Impossible to contact and impossible to resolve any problems
