@plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@giffgaff .... not had mobile signal from my home in Greenwich for nearly two months now. Issue reported but nothing being done to fix the faulty mast. Supply teaching at the moment and missed out on work because of this. Fix the issue please!!

@stevetaylor10 @giffgaff Don't have the pull physical button to change it on the side of your phone? Pull down the Android Quick Settings Menu(bit to quickly disable WiFi etc). Hit the edit icon(wee pen icon) and add the do not disturb timer to the menu.

@MoneySavingExp £10 a month for me on GiffGaff - no rises, often the deal gets better (more data etc) over time. Some others might offer better deals - but I'm happy with the service and really dislike some of the other 'cheaper' providers - Time to ditch the contract where you can.
