    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    @giffgaff Hi, just followed those steps and got one text through when it reconnected to giffgaff, but not the other ones I know people have sent me! 🤔 Checked my postcode on the website service checker but it's says it's fine.
