    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    @plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

    @sebtweet Unfortunately, we are an online network only and have no number for you to call us on and vice versa as our systems do not have access to phones. You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions – giffgaff Nicole

    Quick postscript to the recent Milan trip. @giffgaff really do offer a great service - no roaming charges meant a headache removed. And thank god for @NHSScotland - they didn't save my life but the vaccination app meant I could enter the country and move freely with no effort...

    @jaggytooth If you can afford it, buy a refurbished phone on eBay. Get a sim with with giffgaff. You’ll spend less over all that way. Obviously depends on reception too but. Giffgaff use O2 network’s. I bought a phone for about £600 and pay a tenner a month for line/4g
