Shamir Mawji (@shamirmawji) reported from Leicestershire, England@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

BabyofAfrica® (@BabyofAfrica) reportedCurrently a free agent in search of a new club... Done with Vodafone after 12 years of service agreement 🤝 they won't offer me a new handset. Started with One2one in 2005 and thinking of going back to EE now. Giffgaff - tried them years ago, not bad... O2, never a fan of this company, they're too strict... Lycamobile, I like them and still do but I want big name... same goes for Lebara. My proposal: 💣 Unlimited UK mins & Texts I don't care about this, I'm more concerned about data... 💣 150GB to Unlimited Data £20/ month max... I need this ASAP...

Harry Thompson (@hazzachops) reported@VOXI_UK My number was due to transfer over from giffgaff today. But it hasn’t as it’s still showing my Voxi number. Can I get some support please?

Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@giffgaff Since you dismiss a potential CUSTOMER as not worth replying to, with a copy pasted 'go to website' 'response' it is clear that my custom would not be welcome.

Criss Angel (NOT THE MAGICIAN) (@DJ_Criss_Angel) reported@giffgaff Ok you will be losing a long time customer.

ºᒍᗩIᔕEᑭᕼ ♂ (@Oweizzle) reported@giffgaff not being funny. Every morning for 3 days now when i leave my house. My sim shits itself to no signal / E. It takes multiple on off date for it to refind my 4g. Yet i used to be able to have 4g when in my house when my wifi went down. Now its nothing. Whats going on?

Bangkok Butcher (@Bangkok_Butcher) reported@Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also
