  @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

  @plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

  @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

  Due to me forgetting cause of a lot of **** in my life, along with @giffgaff taking too much of my money at once, I have no internet for now. So no streams and uploads will be difficult to do this month, but gonna still be creative in the background

  @gingerninja1974 @giffgaff It appears it’s the set up of the phone. Which for a emergency alert seems to be failing! You can only receve it if you enable the function in settings, you can only get it if your using a 4G of 5G signal. Not well thought out plan at all!

  @giffgaff My only issue is that I now have to pay for it...
