    @plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    Currently a free agent in search of a new club... Done with Vodafone after 12 years of service agreement 🤝 they won't offer me a new handset. Started with One2one in 2005 and thinking of going back to EE now. Giffgaff - tried them years ago, not bad... O2, never a fan of this company, they're too strict... Lycamobile, I like them and still do but I want big name... same goes for Lebara. My proposal: 💣 Unlimited UK mins & Texts I don't care about this, I'm more concerned about data... 💣 150GB to Unlimited Data £20/ month max... I need this ASAP...

    @giffgaff Trying to top up my mum's phone but you **** app has logged me out AGAIN. Can't log on because of the two factor bullshit sending a code to my other phone. You are ******* useless, your app is ******* useless.

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.

    @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle

    @giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.
