@plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@giffgaff No, this is the options of what the phone is allowed to use. They show no matter what area im in if the network/phone is enabled. Im reading a lot that OnePlus and O2 have fallen out over 5Gbands

@giffgaff Hello, I’m wondering if you could help me. I’m currently with giffgaff for my phone network/data etc. Basically, I think I may need a new SIM, so is it possible to transfer my phone number to a new SIM card while still keeping with giffgaff? Many thanks
