@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@cag352 @giffgaff I had GiffGaff for years and was very happy with it. Only reason I changed to Smarty (that I am also happy with) is that GiffGaff do not offer wifi calling. We have a bad signal here so wifi calling is useful.

@giffgaff A sim I was forced to pay £10 for when only shopping for a refurbished phone. Plus it’s a subscription that I now need to cancel essentially forced me into a contract just to buy a second hand phone 😩 #scammers

Is there an issue with the mast on Sunningdale Road, HD4 5DX? - My signal is absolutely dreadful and the mast is less than 40 meters from my house. I keep getting told work is happening in my area, but nothing seems to be happening. Any help would be appreciated. @giffgaff @O2

@HakanTunaMusic Hi Hakan, we understand how frustrating this is for you. Our multi-factor authentication which is now sent at login, is there to allow greater security for the members accessing their accounts and just to confirm it’s really you logging in - giffgaff Nicole
