After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

Bill Dennis (@macg33zr) reported@LookoutPoint2 I've got Giffgaff which is using O2. I can get a signal outside and upstairs. It's not great for data but OK for backup. Problem is the mast is uphill at the crossroads and most of village is in a dip!

Paul Kenton (@paulkentonaber) reported@giffgaff the network in the CW5 area has been terrible in recent days. Checked the O2 service status page and it says the network can get busy so (effectively) work offline. How long is this situation likely to last, because working offline doesn't cut it
