@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

  • JLewisRUK Jamie Lewis Rennie (@JLewisRUK) reported from Leicestershire, England

@giffgaff I’ve done the complaint and gave them the reference number to the last one.

@WilliamNB @giffgaff I wonder if companies that use another network get the same level of service or can the network prioritise their customers 🤔

@john_thrower @giffgaff am happy with my current provider - have a limited number of options due to coverage issues in my area though. The problem I have is with the phone itself now.

  • notwithoutsuzy Aaliyah (@notwithoutsuzy) reported

As if I’ve been waiting all day for my doctors to ring me and turns out they did but because giffgaff is owned by O2 and their signal is always awful, the phone call didn’t bloody come through. Love that for me

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

@IanTheInventor @giffgaff Where I live, I can only get signal from O2 or EE (Giffgaff runs on O2). I really don't like EE, but may have to make the jump to them, as @giffgaff proved over the past 2 days that I can neither trust, nor rely on them
