    @giffgaff is the worst provider. I’ve been with them a month and all my data has drained by trying to connect to things. My what’s app literally says connecting 24 hours of the day. Waste of money.

    @TeeDixie @Johntyk61 I’ve never bought new, always reconditioned. Just as good as new, but a lot cheaper. Check out Amazon reconditioned, and GiffGaff, good iPhones and iPads a lot cheaper

    @giffgaff Ordered a new phone from you on Friday. Had a message yesterday from DPD saying it would be delivered. Waited in - it didn't come. Same today. Can I cancel the order please? Can't find a way of contacting you on your website!

    @asda_mobile shocking service from you. My payg sim not working, despite you telling me it’s pending, 24 hours later I’m still waiting. Nah off to Giffgaff, no customer services and your staff are clueless

    @carlbarrett We can see that there are network issues with the masts located at Manchester Piccadilly station we're afraid Carl, so this may be why you're facing issues when at the station. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Thanks for replying, it is back now, but was doing that thing of taking forever to load once I signed in and then a flash of dashboard and it disappeared. Only to reload, and do the same. And very slow.

    @mikehj29 Hello, giffgaff do not support WI-FI calling. Our SIMs are 5G ready, and we use the O2 network. - giffgaff Ann
