@giffgaff Thanks for replying Jeanette, I’ve contacted an agent & have an incident number, am waiting for a reply. This is ridiculous, I can’t send my phone back & wait for it to be repaired, I need my phone! I’m in the middle of dealing with solicitors, doctors plus more so MUST have one.

@giffgaff Problem is we don’t no the Apple ID password. All we want to to if send the phone back to you for a repair? Or we are stuck paying for this faulty phone that you sold us. We bought this in excellent condition but clearly it’s not. Yes extremely frustrating

@giffgaff Legit I would be a giffgaff fan if the customer support was anything other than canned suggestions. It's clear my sim is blocked from international calls and no one seems willing to fix it?

@giffgaff after weeks of complaining I am now in Portugal unable to make international calls and having my credit card not working means I am stuck and unable to call my canadian bank. WHY CAN'T YOU GUYS HELP
