@felony1_ Our Twitter account allows people to send us DM's without the need for us to follow that person. We're not sure why you are unable to DM if you are having issues. We do not stop any person from sending us a DM, as our restrictions are not turned on for this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@malcolm_stack @adamboultonTABB @VodafoneGroup Don't have contracts with mobile companies and use sim only people like Smarty and GiffGaff instead. I pay £10 a month and can simply cancel it myself if required. It's v simple , no tie in, no chance of all this nonsense.

@vure89 If the issue is occurring in other areas, and you've checked all the settings/refreshed your connection, we would recommend trying a different SIM card by completing a SIM swap. You can order a SIM from our site, or pick one up from any local shop selling SIMs. giffgaff Jeanette

@CompanySuisse @giffgaff Be careful on Giffgaff, have a back up sim if your phone allows it cos the network goes down, a LOT. No calls in or out, sometimes days at a time. Nobody to complain to either other than other users on their forum.

@CompanySuisse @giffgaff Not at all. I was on it 3-4 months and had enough. Might have improved since then I dunno, I'd never try them again.
