  • PurePoliceCams Pure Police Cams (@PurePoliceCams) reported

After probably a decade with @giffgaff I'm going to be leaving their network. why? Because since moving their website tells me I should have great signal indoors and outdoors and it's literally rubbish. Can't even send a text. It's not my phone or the APN settings. It's GiffGaff.

  • BielsaWW K⚔️ (@BielsaWW) reported

@htheremix Broke boi **** imagine being on giffgaff

  • IBritishI Andy Roberts (@IBritishI) reported

@giffgaff @andyspurs2 I joined giffgaff due to not being able to get good signal from other providers. Everything was running smoothly until recently, I’ve started streaming music during my workouts. Got the 25 goodybag, but after certain amount of used data, my speeds are now too low to stream.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

Same with my daughter's phone: no signal at home. She's currently at her brother's, where her phone works just fine. But @giffgaff are saying everything's hunky dory on their side, claiming "no reports of problems" despite me reporting problems!

  • Metaorphan Rich Ward (@Metaorphan) reported

@giffgaff “Should”? I should have received the last one. I should have my refund in my account. I should not have had to discover this problem myself, giff gaff should have.

  • PurePoliceCams Pure Police Cams (@PurePoliceCams) reported

So @giffgaff have reached out and their only option to fix my signal that should be great on my phone is for them to manually turn off my SIM for 24 hours. Apparently this is to "Stabilise the SIM signal". I've told them to do it while I don't hold my breath for it to work.
