@giffgaff Well contacting @giffgaff about this was a complete waste of time, I expected so much better from a company that I valued for their customer ethic and value for money, but it just goes to show that the true measure of a company's worth only shows when something goes wrong.

@giffgaff Hello. Tried that again. Does nothing to help. My postcode? It’s anywhere on way to work, Manchester. You want the postcode of every station?

@giffgaff is actually such a legend of a mobile phone company. We pay £10 a month for our contracts & are able to cancel any time. That's for 15GB of data, unlimited calls & texts. & under certain conditions, you earn credit - usually when you refer someone. Honestly, amazing.

@chachanqd Hi Sebastian. Please can you clear your cache, cookies and web history then try this again. Please also try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff we both know that GiffGaff have totally dropped the ball on eSIM - you’re years behind already. Now that Apple’s killing eSIM will you finally support them - or do you plan to simply let your business fall apart?

  • dmcnally David McNally (@dmcnally) reported

ffs @giffgaff really needs a way to be able to manage multiple sim cards under one account. Can't log on to the kids account to add data because of stupid 2 factor auth.

  • smithsam Sam (@smithsam) reported

@neil_neilzone @giffgaff I use the giffgaff SIM in my iPad when my iPhone has no signal, which makes receiving an SMS to my phone number (my iPad doesn’t get SMS at all) somewhat hard….

  • yasminakhtar11 Yasmin akhtar (@yasminakhtar11) reported

@giffgaff All month its not Been working online agents were not alot of help now my goodybag has finished just a waste of money

  • SEP_Roth Stephan Roth (@SEP_Roth) reported

Having to unlock your @giffgaff account over Twitter is absurd. If security and customer service is a main concern, I highly doubt having people message over Twitter fulfills either objectives. Why not just have a call service?
