@giffgaff This still doesn’t fix the issue. My email has 2FA active. I left 2FA off for giffgaff so I could access my account from anywhere to request a sim. I will not be able to access my email until I have my phone number HANDY

@sammy56373846 Yes you can, just keep using the Vodafone one until it loses it's network connection then swap over to your giffgaff one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until it's fully working.

  • jruddy99 John Ruddy (@jruddy99) reported

@hapsci Thats weird, because giffgaff use the O2 network (as do Tesco Mobile and others) and I've usually found the O2 service to be fine.... not an expert on iPhones, though!

@giffgaff I’m having real issues with getting data (particularly in towns and cities). My phone says there’s a 4G connection but then says the network can’t be activated. It’s sporadic and happens in Dundee city centre particularly. Is it a data issue or conflict with wifi

  • cloafdarling Sophie Poole (@cloafdarling) reported

@giffgaff I've had issues with 4G for the last few days, done everything your website suggests but still dropping out. Any ideas??
