@jm_stout @giffgaff Yes,once the roaming data in your goodybag is down to less than 100MB you can start a new one early. If you're going to be there for a while the best one is the £8 golden goodybag with 5GB of data because there's no wastage, you're buying what you can use.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@Peter__A__Bell @giffgaff The problem is giffgaff don't accept direct debits or you could just cancel it instantly, they take continuous payment authority from your credit/debit card and although they're obliged to the banks don't like cancelling them. Report card lost/stolen with bank will stop it though.

  • samwich2 Sam I (@samwich2) reported

@giffgaff Ah, I can't send a DM as twitter want me to re-verify my account by sending me a text and I have no signal 😭. I have been at 3 different postcodes over the day and all have had no signal.

  • mc_gwendy Gwen Mc 🇺🇦🇮🇪🇪🇺💙 (@mc_gwendy) reported

@OGDuckington Last time I finally left o2 …luckily I could afford to buy my phone outright, at the time. I’m with Giffgaff for 2 years now and haven’t looked back. I would never consider contract again.

@CorkLike68 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Megan (2/2)
