    @giffgaff is there an issue with the app or website? I’m trying to check my data usage and it says I don’t have a goodybag, and when I try to purchase one it says it can’t be done.

    @jasebyjason If it's the O2 network you are after, giffgaff is pretty good and runs on O2, as they are month-to-month so no contract nonsense

    Here @giffgaff when you get a phone sent back for repair, why don’t you let your customer know what you’ve done to fix the issue or what the issue was before sending it back? Having got it back, I can confirm that whatever you’ve done, hasn’t fixed the issue what so ever
