π°πππππ πΌππππππππ (@AustenMathieson) reported@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark
