Cars (@Carswift) reported@giffgaff I would have understood a gradual increase over the years - it didn't make sense that I was paying the same since October 2015 until March 2023. This now looks bad on giffgaff because rises of >30% are difficult to digest. Maybe adding more data to goody bags could mitigate.

The issue is I've yet to receive an email or text assuring me that my number will no longer expire after buying the top up.
