@1BenBaller @giffgaff I was very happy with @giffgaff, their system of community customer care works brilliantly, however I was lead to believe eu roaming was stopping so switched to O2, utter nightmare porting my number, if I had known gg roaming was continuing I’d have never swapped.

@O2 Hi, I transferred my number from Giffgaff to you. Since the transfer my iMessage isn’t working. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning iMessage on and off but nothing seems to work. When I was with giffgaff I never had any problems with my iMessage.

@DrAnamorphosis @EE They're owned by BT, therein lies the problem. Ironically it's awful phoning BT. I got shot of my EE contract, moved to Giffgaff, I couldn't be happier.

@liz_duffin That's not right. If you've never been a member, and haven't allowed a family member or friend to use your card, we'd recommend getting in touch with your bank advising of the unauthorised payments and they can get these returned to you. - giffgaff Jeanette
