    @godsownrube @giffgaff It eventually went through about an hour after I DM’d @giffgaff. They might offer good packages but customer service doesn’t exist. Infuriating. Good luck

    @giffgaff I have been having issues logging in to my giffgaff account this morning. First I thought this was just an issue with the app, but the same issue occurred when trying to log in through the Internet site. I need to access my account so please help me resolve this ASAP

    Giffgaff is always like refer a friend and get £10 but do I not like my friends that I’d refer them to a shitty network. Maybe if they rebrand it as refer a stranger then I’ll be willing to do that

    @giffgaff hi giffgaff, as a long term user of your network could you just explain to me and others why you have refused to help out with contributions of complementary data/data plans for poorer children who are desperate for data so they can keep up with their lessons from home?

    @crunchy_nougat Because they want to trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal. I stopped buying both together about 4 years ago. Better thing I did. I get my phones from GiffGaff (better price and unlocked) and data-only plans from EE. Never looked back.
