    @giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @OnePlus_Support 5G doesn't work on O2/giffgaff without manually setting the network type. This is a simple policy config file change your end (can't make stick without root) yet you can't even accomplish that simple task! 36 days after "making a note" I get an update that fails to fix it! Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up

    @kelownagurl 2/2 UK customer service is notoriously terrible. EE are reputedly best for coverage, although I’m with O2 and I haven’t had any issues. Also check out Giffgaff and Tesco Mobile - they use O2’s network but are often cheaper if you can find the right deal.

    @BeckettyBeck @VodafoneUK @giffgaff Speed goes from 5mbps to 50mbps...either every few minutes, or it stays at 5mbps for half an hour at a time...it's the most FRUSTRATING thing rn, as I live my whole life, and SURVIVE using the internet...seems like whenever I try to do something important, the damn thing goes!
