-
Anna Hanchard (@AnnaHanchard) reported@giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.
-
sable (@SableVex) reported@madcow42 @dbcxptures I’ve seen a few say about price, idk about that I just do like £15 a month payg and it does me. But yea I think giffgaff runs on o2, that’s who I was with and yea same absolute ziggy ****.

MrRee (@MrReeSolutions) reported@oliverhenry @FelixAmazonCat Gonna be as bad a GiffGaff no doubt.
-
Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported@Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.
-
K!mpossible 💙 (@BubbaBubs2007) reported@giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?
-
Chi Amaka (@Amakz007) reported@giffgaff Your network has been terrible for over a week. Keeps getting worse by the day.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark

billy horan (@billyhoranuk) reported@AskKlarna @giffgaff Klarna approved, then an issue with giffgaff checks. Via the website chat with a klarna person the suggested option was to build up credit to solve this situation. Seems like a strange strategy…
