Laura Summers (@LauraSummersNow) reported from London, England@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)
-
𝕵𝖚𝖌𝖘 (@till_the_wheels) reported from London, England@O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, EnglandFamily visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

Gareth Kirk (@GarethTheNerd) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)
-
Meady (@Meady19Meady) reported@EE @SaltyJoshy EE really going down the dumps ! Sky is better or giffgaff pebbly go to them.

-
Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...
-
Nipperswow (@Gavinking999) reported@jnoley @O2 Do what I did when they out it up I terminated the contract and moved to @giffgaff same network cheaper price and if you're still paying for your handset that continues no need to change the way you pay for that

Bangkok Butcher (@Bangkok_Butcher) reported@Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also
