@AkkyYT @giffgaff It’s not giffgaffs fault, it’s just the fact that no one wants to call your stupid dumb ass

@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

@giffgaff you know what would be a good idea for a phone network... to have a phone number yourselves to actually speak to your customers.

@giffgaff Hi @giffgaff it’s been a few hours since you tweeted this and my signal is still not working. It says the 5G mast is down in my area but my phone does not support 5G... what should I do?

@MattEva64025022 Let’s have a look at the examples of the mobile providers EE and GiffGaff who both use dialogue but in different ways. EE primarily use it as a method of customer service, aiming to respond to customer queries as quick as possible and this can be done through tweets or DMs. (1/2)

@giffgaff well I've just restarted my phone again and the speed has now increased to 6mb (hurrah) . As I say the same phone & sim card 10 mins down the road & the speed is 20mb+. Its the same with my spare phone which is on Tesco Mobile...so must be coverage I guess.

@giffgaff I’ve had a response regarding my “repair” today and have been told that the issue isn’t under warranty (faulty battery) and that you want £253 to repair it when the phone only cost £179?!

@MattEva64025022 A variety of ways. For example, EE primarily use it as a method of customer service, aiming to respond to customer queries as quick as possible. GiffGaff meanwhile create more jovial content, and like to chat about things like what toppings they like on their pancakes.
