@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩

@patblydegibson1 Warning from a random GiffGaff user, their service is shocking. The network coverage is poor and when you do have good coverage, the speeds are a disgrace. Giffgaff used to be good back in the 3g days but now they are terrible.
