    Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @manansaddique If your giffgaff SIM card is working fine in another handset, this is not a network or SIM issue, Mannan. We must recommend that you get in touch with the retailer so this can be investigated further - giffgaff Jade

    @Bexstorr We're sorry to hear this, Rebecca. If your phone is asking for a SIM Network PIN then this means your phone is locked to the previous network you used. In this case, you'll need to get in touch with them or take it to a Mobile repair store near you. - giffgaff Tasbiya
