@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@jesuiscanard @Geoff_Badger @PegFluff I switched from GiffGaff to Smarty just for the data the Mrs is still with GG. GG use O2 Smarty use 3 never had any problems with either of them just the cheaper data deal is why I switched.

@giffgaff absolutely appalled by the customer service at Giffgaff I’ve experienced. My partner tried to order a phone that he has received no confirmation about and is now being asked for money for it and no one has responded to our queries for 4 days.
