Time to move away from @giffgaff as their service is just too poor. At home signal dips in and out at random. In Plymouth, in several places my phone shows connectivity, but I have none

I live in a rural location and my phone is my emergency backup, should my broadband connection die. @giffgaff has proven to be unreliable too many times now. Where I live I have to choose between EE, Vodafone and O2 (which Giff Gaff runs on)

@giffgaff Hi Elmer, I've logged a ticket but wondered if its a known issue. I can deal with a double top up, just as long as both payments hit my account. Only one showing, even though there's two order transactions. Very odd!

@WilliamNB @giffgaff Tesco Mobile runs off O2 network. We use them a lot out here in the sticks. Simple tariffs. Does what it says on the tin.
