  @giffgaff almost 24 hours on my SIM still does not work. I have emailed customer services and still nothing! In this day and age, surely you at least have agents on hand for live chat?!

  @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling
