@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@patblydegibson1 Warning from a random GiffGaff user, their service is shocking. The network coverage is poor and when you do have good coverage, the speeds are a disgrace. Giffgaff used to be good back in the 3g days but now they are terrible.

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩
