So how does a customer prevent constant pestering phone calls? This company keeps changing its number so blocking via phone is not effective. Any tips? @giffgaff

@giffgaff, any reason why there's a data network outage that had my phone tell me "Yo your phone data network's gone"? Can't be the only one who's brought this up.

  • FwarfDotZip mr gorabachev (@FwarfDotZip) reported

@z52782 @giffgaff never talk to me again

  • ross_observer The Observer (@ross_observer) reported

@giffgaff My mum has been without signal for 8 week’s, she is still paying every month, I’ve never dealt with such appalling customer service to be honest, it’s genuinely shocked me

  • philzuk2usa philz 🇯🇲🇯🇲 (@philzuk2usa) reported

Pay as you go or sim only with EE? Considering I’m still tied to my contract with O2 too. Or should I try another network like giffgaff?

  • BethanyAnneJane Bethany Stanley (@BethanyAnneJane) reported

@EvanEdinger Three were fine, nothing special. O2 (I was on giffgaff though) were great tbh, no complaints. Just switched back to Vodafone who I had on a work phone a few years back, they were the only network who could give me signal in the property I lived in at the time. Going ok so far 🤞

  • rebby1992 Rebekah Chapman (@rebby1992) reported from Nottinghamshire, England

@giffgaff can you tell me why you keep turning off my network? I need my internet and calls for work and you keep cutting me off. Your website doesn't have any information on it as to what is going on.

  • bridohingwy BridoHingwy (@bridohingwy) reported

Giffgaff is apparently the mobile network “run by you”. I feel bad cos I really haven’t contributed anything recently. Or ever.
