    @josephjscollen @giffgaff How did you get on Joe? Been having this trouble for about 2 weeks now, many other on different networks saying the same. Can just be down to outages and areas with low signal.

    @giffgaff During this 11 day period my Mum spent a week in hospital, I am her next of kin. Thank god my phone was working on the night I had to call the ambulance. It added so much stress to a horrible situation trying to provide the help she needs with no phone.

    @giffgaff Also PSA for anyone who has moved to @giffgaff and thinks their signal is terrible, for some reason they don’t enable 5G by default! If you’re on a modern phone just log in to your profile and enable it.

    @giffgaff unfortunately I woke up today with my SIM card not working. I have taken it out and put it back in and it just won’t work,I don’t want to get a new sim card as I still have a goody bag active and don’t want to lose it what do I do?

    @giffgaff Can you also explain why the service restoration will 'vary across members'? Why is this not being done in chronological order? I see from twitter and your forums that many customers are only waiting 2-3 days. Mine has been out for 11!
