  @EE Contract ends 16/06 for 2 iPhone 14s. Want a sim only deal until we upgrade later this year. You can offer 5/10GB deals. Very poor when I can get monthly deal with giffgaff for £8 for 5GB. Obviously not worried about customer retention.

  Got a 3rd phone from giffgaff to replace the refurb that I purchased over a year ago. This one doesn't work either. I think I am done trying to get a working phone from them and am just going to change provider. Do not buy refurbished phones from giffgaff.

  @Rick_Turner @TheSimonC90 I’m with giffgaff which runs on O2. What is the coverage like where you are? If you were not receiving a 4G/5G signal at the time of the test, you wouldn’t have received the alert. There are so many places around here that only get 3G and they won’t have received the alert.
