    @Mama_bearuk @giffgaff You would need to be able to log into their account in order to remove your card details. if that's not possible the quickest solution would be to report the card as lost/stolen top your bank and have them send you a new one which won't be linked to the giffgaff account.

    @giffgaff ordered a sim and had it sent 24-11. Still not arrived. Not looking good as a new customer! Might have to try elsewhere at this rate!
