@giffgaff I was a very happy customer for a number of years, but as a very low user I moved to @1pMobile last year when you doubled all the basic PAYG rates.

@giffgaff I’ve been waiting over 26 hours for a response from someone on the website. I tweeted and was told someone will respond shortly. That was 14 hours ago!!! There is 0 customer service with this network I don’t understand?

Yet again @SkyBroadband has let me down this morning. Internet dropping out/slow/lagging. It doesn’t matter any many self checks are carried out, maybe the problems resonate with you?! Thank god for @giffgaff & their 4G network who saved my bacon! Plus I only pay £20 quid month!

@giffgaff nearly 24 hours without connection to network. Unable to make/receive calls, unable to send receive messages. Only able to use phone if on wifi which is no good if I need to go out. Originally raised yesterday but this is getting urgent now. I need assistance to sort

@BarryBscho @Bee42681881 I use Giffgaff sim card in a Huwei Flybox modem (around £80) it and gives me broadband (can be WIFI but I use a cable) for £10/month or £20 if you want more bandwidth. Can cancel Giffgaff any time - no contract. Can move modem to a new house & all works the same.
