@giffgaff Paid for unlimited data and as soon as the high speed data has ran out it wont work..it hasn't been reduced to slow speed it's been reduced to no speed 🙄

@O2 I have just joined 02 from Giffgaff. I am trying to move my number to 02 and it says the site is down. I have tried to ring and I am not able to speak to any one. How do I go about changing my number? Can you please help as this is not a good start to my contract

@giffgaff Any ideas why I'm not getting any signal inside in HD3 4BD? I've tried restarting phone, manually connecting etc and it was fine when I was out for a walk earlier, just not in the house.....it's never been an issue before but as we have no WiFi today, I am a bit stuck!
