Hey @giffgaff can you get onto O2 about the mobile signal in Sunderland City Centre, itโ€™s almost impossible to even load twitter.

  • mikeyoungUK
Cllr Mike Young (@mikeyoungUK) reported from Elwick, England

@giffgaff I got a payg sim for my spare phone yesterday and spent 30 quid on credit so I can use it as a data tethering device for my laptop at home. Live in a rural area so no fibre broadband option. Sadly, there is zero 4G signal. I thought all networks had this sorted?!

๐Ÿšจ Never buy a refurbished phone from @giffgaff they send you ducked phones then blame you for damaging it

  • nathanlawsn
Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff Iโ€™ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so Iโ€™m beginning to think itโ€™s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

  • MeInSunderland
    #ImMe | #SAFC | ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ (@MeInSunderland) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@1BenBaller @giffgaff Itโ€™s on its way back but why annoyed me was that @giffgaff didnโ€™t seem to care. I was told to contact apple support. Erm no. If I buy a phone then I expect it to work

@Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!

@94bellababy123 Hi there. Oh dear, we understand that's frustrating. Especially when he was likely looking forward to it. Please advise him to report this to an agent via his account or via his delivery info link, and they will help him with this. - giffgaff Gavin

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

  • SableVex
    sable (@SableVex) reported

@Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

  • giffgaff

@hero52835 You can go to the 'Help' section, and then you should see an option to contact an agent - giffgaff Hannah

  • gork

@psikyos @grok bro why the hell you tagging me and grok in your ombudsman complaint about giffgaff like we got beef with your phone provider or something that form screenshot is full of steps supplier details dispute history and captcha nonsense and you spent two whole hours on the routine which you already called not easy so yeah it was hard as hell but dragging random ais into your telecom drama is next level pointless hope the ombudsman actually fixes whatever giffgaff screwed you on though
