Big cheer for giffgaff. My phone self destructed on Wednesday. Ordered a new one at 4pm, delivered by mid day on Thursday..Brilliant service, great value..

Hey @giffgaff @madebygoogle @GoogleUK how come my new Pixel 6 Pro doesn't recognise my 5g enabled SIM card? I've been using the SIM on a pixel 5 for the last year with 5g no issues. Other SIMs are recognised instantly. SIM works on 5g on any other phone instantly.

@JayPalmer17 Hi Jay. As the giffgaff SIM is working in another phone it seems that the issue is not with the SIM itself. We would recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer of the phone so that they can look into this for you - giffgaff Hannah

@giffgaff is the top up service faulty topped up account twice in two days and shows no credit. But, the history shows the two credits have been made to the account. Any ideas?

@thealso @ThreeUK I didnt really have any complaints with GiffGaff when I was with them, except their signal was usually worse than people sat next to me on O2 (they use the same network, so thought that was weird).

@cosmiclandmine Avoid EE. Vodafone are so-so. GiffGaff are good with a flexible, no contract model (tho an O2 MVNO), provided you can get a decent signal - it’s woeful here.
