    Hi @giffgaff I’m off to @VodafoneUK tomorrow because you changed the rules on roaming and capped my data after I’d left for summer hols. And then refused to help. Just important for firms to know why customers move their business. Also getting a better deal.

    @giffgaff Is the social media manager not paying attention to current events or is this a cynical attempt to court controversy? Either way this post was a bad decision

    @ihopethisis @giffgaff Failing to see what you find controversial about this post? The reference to No. 10 Downing Street having a revolving door? The promise to keep current prices for over a year? What makes you think that this post was a bad decision?

  • ziademarcus Marcus Ziadé (@ziademarcus) reported

    @vure89 @giffgaff @VOXI_UK That is some **** bro

  • PeterEdwards99 Peter Edwards (@PeterEdwards99) reported

    @TeeNoodles @BlokeOnWheels Sky, Giffgaff, Lyca and a bunch of others don't have their own network, they essentially rent from people like O2, EE etc. Far as I know only 3, O2, Voda and EE have a network. So I presume tenants have to charge if "landlord" does? Or can they set roaming pricing independently?

  • Lawrencemuraga Lawrence (@Lawrencemuraga) reported

    @LisaBoyles @giffgaff Have tried them but 02 network is so poor definitely moving on to a more reliable network
