    @giffgaff A sim I was forced to pay £10 for when only shopping for a refurbished phone. Plus it’s a subscription that I now need to cancel essentially forced me into a contract just to buy a second hand phone 😩 #scammers

    @HakanTunaMusic Hi Hakan, we understand how frustrating this is for you. Our multi-factor authentication which is now sent at login, is there to allow greater security for the members accessing their accounts and just to confirm it’s really you logging in - giffgaff Nicole
