@giffgaff how is it possible that I have been with you guys for 6 years (I've purchased a phone in that time and paid monthly without problems-me having no contract of employment) and now I can't buy another one with a full time contract of employment?? I don't get it...

@giffgaff That it's not helpful to be honest there are no problems with my name, accounts, etc. I actually have an account with klarna and have never had a problem but they are denying me to buy another phone. Unfortunately after 6 years will need to change phone services.

@simon_euro Giffgaff use the O2 network (and, last I checked) are owned by O2 (to some extent). Somehow, they've got quite a different corporate culture, though.

Piers Morgan, please help, I use giffgaff, every month I have left over data, why is it that these mobile carriers keep that unused data, we need a campaign to allow folk to donate that left over data to school children or the most vulnerable, come on GMB
