    @giffgaff why the heck is the “slower data” once I use my 20gb 4g allowance comically bad. Like my phone is barely usable. Joke of a “network.” That’s not even an exaggeration, sending messages takes 3 minutes. I timed it.

    @giffgaff Thanks Jeanette. I can't get passed the 2 step verification as its sending a code via text not email. It's been an ongoing issue with the signal etc since the day we signed up, is there a number I can call please?

    The fact that in 2022 I’m still struggling to get phone reception in the middle of Bristol is ******* shocking. @giffgaff might be good on prices but it’s terrible on reception.

    @giffgaff @Binnzie Would be good if you could've posted service status on Twitter & your website about this. I have a relative whose Giffgaff app is showing no goody bag, no credit, no autotopup. She is not tech savvy & was very concerned. Had to find out you have problems through your tweet here.
