Cancelled PAC, neither has full signal strength in town centre, 3 has better signal strength where I live just up the road from my parents, but same as GiffGaff where I live, so no point in moving

@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff Well, it’s across Lichfield. Strong signal bars mean nothing - slow connection speeds render it useless in some places.

@EE Just switched to giffgaff (service from O2 - mast behind Fire Station!) Took number with me. Half EE price and a strong signal whole time. Now I can make calls whenever I like, texts are sent as soon as I hit send, and phone pings as soon as WhatsApps and texts are sent to me.

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩

@virginmedia Yeah no problem but there's no way I'm paying for this month. I've had to use my own data in my house , therefore I'm paying a higher phone package on giffgaff. Its ridiculous, apparently the 2nd engineer told us the first engineer should have booked this but didn't.
