@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@O2 having a bit of a nightmare since I joined you at the end of last week from @giffgaff. Tried to transfer my old phone to new sim. It briefly worked, but I've now been without network connection for 24+ hours. Spoke to several people at o2 on family members phones but (1/2)

@ChloHillxxx Thank you. I had an iphone and Galaxy borh on Giffgaff for years and because of this issue I've ported my Galaxy number back over to EE. When my iPhone Goodybag runs out I'll be doing the same to that. The last 3 months has been atrocious data wise.
