@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

@Sock_Monster Ive never come across that. I haven't had a mobile signal all week - they're working on the mast in town that's used by Sky, voda, tesco, talk talk, giffgaff, 02,smarty,three and it's affected a fuckton of people. Raises my anxiety no end.

so im chuckling today because on Saturday morning a @giffgaff rep said there is no issue with my local mast... however O2 has had problems over the weekend with the local mast used by giffgaff...

@giffgaff I have got a new phone and your SIM doesn't work in the new one. I have a feeling I might have damaged it during the transfer. Can I order a new SIM WITHOUT changing my phone number? Can't see that option on your website. :(

All of our handsets come from @giffgaff and returns have been super easy with refund showing in my bank the day after they receive it. However this time nothing. Not even annl acknowledgement of receiving the phone. Someone at @giffgaff please help me.
