  • jonswales77 Jon Swales (@jonswales77) reported from Leeds, England

Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

@AkkyYT @giffgaff It’s not giffgaffs fault, it’s just the fact that no one wants to call your stupid dumb ass

  • jonswales77 Jon Swales (@jonswales77) reported from Leeds, England

@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

@Albman55 @tescomobile Tesco coverage is exactly the same as 02 If you'd prefer to pay more for customer services you never use then that's great but EE wanted £55/month off me for an iPhone13 including 3 GB data. Bought phone direct from Apple for £32/month plus £8 Giffgaff Sim Saving £360 over 2yrs

  • BishSinha Bish! (@BishSinha) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm on the 3 Home Broadband at N5 Islington and there's very flaky and weak 4G broadband and no 5G at all. Restarted router, took SIM out and inserted again, nothing. Can't stream and websites barely working. My GiffGaff phone is working perfectly, no data issues. This is bad.

  • kierenlnd_ kieren (@kierenlnd_) reported

@giffgaff I’ve currently got no service on my phone. What is the problem?

@lozzypopcorn Please try clearing your cache and cookies, and trying again. If this doesn't work, try using a different browser and device to raise your case as this shouldn't be occurring. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff On the site it’s only giving me options to return phone and not giving me the option to select that I’m returning because condition is not as advertised. I want it known the condition is poor before return so I don’t accused of scratching it. I also do want an iPhone with (1)

  • Paulymegaman paulymegaman (@Paulymegaman) reported

@virginmedia had poor/no 4G for almost 3 weeks in an area where it was once strong. Is there any issue affecting the RM16 2 area? FYI my children's Giffgaff account is not affected.

  • lozzypopcorn Laura (@lozzypopcorn) reported

@giffgaff I’ve tried they’re not helping! I can’t get past the stupid diagnostic tool to complete a return. Whatever I click through either says my problem is solved (which it clearly isn’t), or that the phone needs to go for a chargeable repair (which I’m clearly not paying for)!!!!

  • sciencebase David Bradley (@sciencebase) reported

@chrsphr I have the cheapest GiffGaff "goody" bag...sick squid, barely use my data up but then I'm never far from WiFi

  • Photo_Iain Iain J 🇪🇺💙 #FBPE #StillEuropean (@Photo_Iain) reported

@giffgaff @UswitchUK Well done giffgaff! Why would anyone choose any other network? Completely eclipsing the dire @o2 offer.

  • HistoryAshe SeánAshe (@HistoryAshe) reported

Hi @giffgaff, I want to return to the network with my current number. Based on what I see on the website, do I have to buy a goody bag to activate the SIM before being able to move my number? If that is so, does the Goody bag then disappear once my number is transferred?
