    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @kevtownsend Have you tried calling as a new customer? I could never get anyone when trying to cancel the subscription few years back. Cancel and get a Giffgaff pay as you go redeem SIM. No hassle.

    @giffgaff @supernovaestars had a refurbed phone from you a few weeks ago and was sent back due to poor battery. Have now been waiting 10 days for the replacement handset to arrive. Can you please help

    @RedDevils_74 @giffgaff Yes she won't have any problems (I use the same one in a 4G phone) giffgaff just need to explain things a bit better,the golden goodybags are the only ones that include 5G but they can still be used with any phone.

    @GrahamBarnfield @giffgaff Well idiot features! I have an ongoing monthly direct debit for a sim only service. I think you’ll find that constitutes a contract in law. It may only be a month long repeating one but nevertheless a contract. Pay attention! Dunces cap for you!

    @giffgaff can someone please help, I filled out a survey about why I am not using my phone as much and at the end it said my account has been cancelled. I still need my number to work even though it’s not my primary number. Can someone help me get my number back please?
