@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

@AkkyYT @giffgaff It’s not giffgaffs fault, it’s just the fact that no one wants to call your stupid dumb ass

Dear @giffgaff Can you please stop writing/saying 'Nice One!' or 'Cheers!'after every communication. You're a phone company, not a bloke down the pub. It makes me want to punch walls.

@O2 @VodafoneUK @giffgaff I’ve been without any connection due to a local tower for about 14 hours now. Your websites say no updates until 4/4. Is there a plan to fix the tower? Realistically when should I expect an update? How can I keep track of updates without any signal?

@MoneySavingExp £10 a month for me on GiffGaff - no rises, often the deal gets better (more data etc) over time. Some others might offer better deals - but I'm happy with the service and really dislike some of the other 'cheaper' providers - Time to ditch the contract where you can.

@tescomobile Or just dump the contract model like giffgaff. If your service is truly good, people will stay. Dont hold your customers hostage with a piece of paper

@VodafoneUK Kieran, shall we just cancel my contract for free and let @TheO2 or @giffgaff take this one? IDK. I'm on the call and a chat with you guys and not getting very far.
