    @brightdome Feedback from my mother who was seeing Paradise Lost tonight - she was at table 17, but had no phone signal to scan the bar code and order drinks (sheโ€™s with Giffgaff). She absolutely loved the show, and all the attention to detail to ensure safety.

    @giffgaff So, your goodybags donโ€™t cover any phone calls or texts - including phone calls to landline numbers (0131) or texts to other Giffgaff users. How much do users have to bribe GG for even a vaguely functional service, and what compensation does GG give failed customers?

    @LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

    @Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

    @YvonneM28 @Holz_mfc Same here with giffgaff which just like Sky uses the O2 network. Am considering switching to 3 network (maybe Smarty) to see if it works any better.

    @cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.

    @thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a โ€œless barsโ€ than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

    @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?

    @giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesnโ€™t. Switch it off before you travel.
