Awww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

@giffgaff We've now had this twice now... "Cannot send message with giffgaff. Error 38". What on earth is this? If we cannot sort this quick we are going to have to switch our business phones to another network. This just sucks *****.

@TheEggman64 @VodafoneUK I'm with Giffgaff for SIM only and I've never had a problem, can change your plan up or down every month plus they recommend if you should lower your package if you aren't using much month by month

@giffgaff I received your new sim outside of UK/ EU with thanks. Can I activate already when I’m still outside of UK/EU? If so, what plans/steps I should do? Is there any charge to do so, given I have full WiFi network now? Thanks and looking forward to your reply.

@rlouisee82 @virginmedia Same iPhone works ok with a SIM from another carrier, iMessage and FaceTime activate straight away using a GIffGaff card so would indicate its a carrier issue

@giffgaff My details have disappeared at the log on stage. I tried getting help with password etc. I asked for a text (twice) and an email (to two different addresses) the webpage says password reset sent. IT HASN'T BEEN! Can't contact via phone or email so here I am asking you!

@LeonaONeill1 @SkyHelpTeam As a short term back up, order a GiffGaff sim and put it in a phone set up as a hotspot. For £20 you can buy a "goodybag" which will give you 80GB and you should have more than enough bandwidth even on 4G to satisfy your family needs. I did it when Virgin let me down last year.
