Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland@giffgaff So, your goodybags don’t cover any phone calls or texts - including phone calls to landline numbers (0131) or texts to other Giffgaff users. How much do users have to bribe GG for even a vaguely functional service, and what compensation does GG give failed customers?
-
Andrés Romanowski (@AndruRomanowski) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@giffgaff Thank you Kyle. I just contacted an agent to see if they can help.
-
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland@brightdome Feedback from my mother who was seeing Paradise Lost tonight - she was at table 17, but had no phone signal to scan the bar code and order drinks (she’s with Giffgaff). She absolutely loved the show, and all the attention to detail to ensure safety.

Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

David Ogilvie (@DRZO73) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandAwww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

-
Jazza (@jmilprint) reported@mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@HelenCleave2 We're sorry to hear this has been going on for a while now Helen, but this can only be sorted via your case. As we are an online mobile network we do not have a customer service number to call unfortunately - giffgaff Jade
-
svengali (@_imey) reported@DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid £10 for it. My £10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.
-
Keemo🃏 (@keemonade) reported@starvingTWOman giffgaff is *** ngl never heard anything good about them
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 We do not have access to accounts or cases via social media Karina. If you reply to the agents via your case, they will get back in touch as quickly as they can to help further - giffgaff Jade

James (@James4467613528) reported@finchyid1710 @beverleyturner A child can still buy a Fanta tho with no id, this is you cant have any until you verify, Not like a kid friendly version where you can still do some things it's just prove it or loose it, on device, instead of through the service you are using. For example giffgaff blocks adult content until you prove you are over 18. Some isp's block illegal sites. This doesn't need to be on device because if apple can do it, then why shouldn't samsung do it for their tvs which can also access illegal sites or porn these days. BUT, I have come to the conclusion that we've gone to far not parenting kids properly surrounding the internet and the gov has no choice or feels it has no choice, to do these things, Saying that there is no law for this kind of thing to be on-device so apple really has no reason to do it unless they know something we don't (likely)
