  • TheJasonB Jason B (@TheJasonB) reported

@asda_mobile Your service and website is now terrible. My new monthly bundle has not automatically renewed, as for whatever reason money cannot be taken from a active debit card, cannot top up either, or even add a new card due to a 500 error. I am switching to giffgaff instead. Screw you!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@shirtytrish Oh dear, that's not good. Can you please drop us a DM, so we can help with this? - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff Afternoon, I’ve not had a signal for 2 days. Even outside where it’s usually fine. I’ve checked my account and my goody bag is still running. Any idea what’s up with it?

  • _Phoenix_D0wn_ Phoenix D0wn (@_Phoenix_D0wn_) reported

The service on @giffgaff has been completely unusable for the past two weeks. Customer service has told me via DM the network runs slow for me because the data usage is high in my area. This is tinpot stuff! Taking mine and my 11 business partners contracts elsewhere tonight.

  • NicolaLeanneTay 𝔑𝔦𝔠𝔨𝔩𝔞𝔯𝔥 (@NicolaLeanneTay) reported

@giffgaff I’m having issues with using my data when out and about, any idea as to why this is?

  • Caelan_ Caelan Kilduff (@Caelan_) reported

@giffgaff hello, swapped my existing giffgaff account to a new SIM, it said it would take seconds/minutes to activate but it’s now been 20 minutes and I have no service.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@RobertHol6 Hi Robert. We're so sorry to hear that you're having problems. The SIM can take up to 24 hours to fully activate once you activate this on your account. We would recommend restarting your phone periodically during this time as this usually helps. - giffgaff Emer.

  • Need2Print Mary Drake (@Need2Print) reported

@giffgaff hi the internet has been so slow the last couple of days on my mobile using Giffgaff by O2. Benfleet to Chelmsford to Woodham Ferrers areas #giffgaff

  • Michael_MXP MMartin (@Michael_MXP) reported

@liamnorris1001 Sky mobile just runs on top of O2's network, which is fine enough locally. Just comes down to whether you like dealing with Sky or not. I usually go for GiffGaff myself.
