@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@CBarrett1994 @giffgaff EE. Giffgaff etc are just resellers and have no control over network. Go with a company that owns the network for best access. I pay less than £30 / month for unlimited 4g

@Mark_Antony_3 We're very sorry to hear of your issues Mark. As long as you were using a card or PayPal, you should have had no problems adding a golden goodybag. Have you reached out to our agents about this? - giffgaff Jeanette

Giffgaff is the butt hole of network providers.

  • CBarrett1994 C Barrett (@CBarrett1994) reported

Disappointing that @giffgaff have still not rectified network issues that they claimed, would be resolved by Friday. Have been unable to use my phone for over two weeks. Can anyone recommend a reliable network provider?

  • MarkWalder2 Mark Walder ⚛️🇬🇧⚛️ (@MarkWalder2) reported

@giffgaff why not sort out the network coverage instead of buying up peoples old phones for a fraction of what they are worth? i am seriously thinking about network change, its important sometimes for work to have good signal, i never ever get that.

  • CH41N Chain (@CH41N) reported

@RetroResolution @VodafoneUK How about Giffgaff? It's on the O2 network, and has reasonable deals, you can set monthly plans and have a little credit in case you think you might go over. I left three UK after 9 years as they couldn't get me a good deal.

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@giffgaff i left EE over a year ago due to poor service and lack of support. ( transmitter on maintenance for 2 years so no reliable 4g service) GiffGaff gives me a full 4g signal indoors , 100GB a month data and that costs me £20.00 for golden goodybag.

  • thomas5919 Thomas Rosser (@thomas5919) reported

@giffgaff why is ur network so slow and why are we paying £25 for 50kb.

  • xvampwitchx michelle flavell (@xvampwitchx) reported

@giffgaff are you experiencing problems today as my husband can't make or receive call or txt messages

  • Timmy17672437 Timmy (@Timmy17672437) reported

@SteveFoxAST For the love of god get a Giffgaff sim and try it. No contract so at worst you waster £10 if the signal is bad or the networks to slow. But do it before your contract end just incase you need to go back to EE. EEs network is better that the O2 one which GG uses but the trade is £
