My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

  • GosforthHotel The Gosforth Hotel (@GosforthHotel) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

. @giffgaff 4g data in NE3 area has been appalling for the last 48hrs but your coverage page indicates no issues? Voice and text is fine though. Any ideas?

  • DaveSThompson David Thompson (@DaveSThompson) reported from Corbridge, England

Hello, you lovely @giffgaff people. I know I'm not alone in not having received the #emergencyalert message on my phone, however my wife next to me did on her Giffgaff Android mobile; presumably the signal is from the same mast? It's probably a Gov't ****-up as usual... Hey ho.

  • nathanlawsn Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

  • ScooterRiderFMX 🏳️‍🌈 #ImMeWhoAreYou 🏳️‍🌈 (@ScooterRiderFMX) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Data still not working. I’ll be glad when I ditch @giffgaff

  • MeInSunderland #ImMe | #SAFC | 🇬🇧 🏳️‍🌈 (@MeInSunderland) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@1BenBaller @giffgaff It’s on its way back but why annoyed me was that @giffgaff didn’t seem to care. I was told to contact apple support. Erm no. If I buy a phone then I expect it to work

  • SixCylinderDean Dean (@SixCylinderDean) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Hey @giffgaff can you get onto O2 about the mobile signal in Sunderland City Centre, it’s almost impossible to even load twitter.

  • MeInSunderland #ImMe | #SAFC | 🇬🇧 🏳️‍🌈 (@MeInSunderland) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

🚨 Never buy a refurbished phone from @giffgaff they send you ducked phones then blame you for damaging it

@Yorksims @giffgaff Thank you for letting me know this information. There is a terribly bad storm so I believe that what the problem was when it comes to the mast

  • daycoder hywel (@daycoder) reported

@Snaptophobic Might not be what you want, but I usually buy refurbs from giffgaff and haven’t had a bad one. They start at £79 for a scruffy but fruity one.

  • solarwhite100 Close Cover Before Striking #thishill 💜 (@solarwhite100) reported

  • My6Percent My6percent (@My6Percent) reported

@giffgaff Hi there, am a v happy customer. Currently trying to work out why I can't see to top up my goodybag. Keeps asking if I want to recur, I click no, but then can't seem to buy a goodybag. Has something changed?

  • DeviousPL PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported

@giffgaff can't login to my account, apparently you've been working hard to fix it since this morning but still not working. Can't get a verification code as it throws an error and when you ask for help, it demands you login, which needs a verification code...

  • thatscottishdad Graeme (@thatscottishdad) reported

When @virginmedia decides it wants to go down during the Super Bowl thank god for @giffgaff and all that data 😮‍💨

  • kdsvirgil virgil (@kdsvirgil) reported

Quick postscript to the recent Milan trip. @giffgaff really do offer a great service - no roaming charges meant a headache removed. And thank god for @NHSScotland - they didn't save my life but the vaccination app meant I could enter the country and move freely with no effort...

  • tamarisc tamaris collins (@tamarisc) reported

@giffgaff Yes but can't access her account. Tried everything. Just cancel the account.

  • Becky19952644 ~Becky~ (@Becky19952644) reported

@giffgaff your service is appalling. I have been DMing for weeks since your network went down for 3. You said improvements for local masts, but the signal since has been worse. I’ve heard excuse upon excuse yet you have no resolution. #CommunicationsOmbudsman next

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@MissBrownYork83 If it's issues with the volume then it would be a handset issue. We would recommend you get in touch with your point of purchase. - giffgaff Tasbiya
