@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.

@giffgaff Wish I’d checked trustpilot first - quite a few issues flagged on there. Turns out speaker is missing. Absolutely shocking

@giffgaff Hi. I've just put a giffgaff SIM in my Samsung S8. It's asking for a SIM network PUK, but neither the one I got from giffgaff or EE (previous network) works. Any ideas?

  • lnr_blair Eleanor Blair (@lnr_blair) reported

Switched to voxi/Vodafone as giffgaff don't do voice over WiFi. Now out and unable to log into pokemon go, dunno if it's my signal. Sigh.

  • VioBarks Dumb Stilts Vio (@VioBarks) reported

@_Ninji Okay yeah tbf you managed to get the worse company first click. EE have always been horrid. Giffgaff are good for phones on contract and their network is O2 so pretty reliable.
