My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

So … I lost the phone with the SIM card linked to this account so I had to order a new one. Then I had to wait for GiffGaff to transfer my number. Then I tried to get a code sent to this one and it never came. Then I had to tweet Twitter Support / Elon Musk and practically beg.

@amscanlon Can't help on iphones but I've had own phone and SIM deal for years. Look at Lebara and GiffGaff. Can get deals for around £5 per month. She won't need loads of data. Do a comparison on uswitch or similar.
