My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

@giffgaff can you help please? Tried to send a text to someone which included an emoji and get a "message failed" notification. Plenty of credit on my phone. When I click on the message I don't seem to be able to edit it, just retry or cancel.

@giffgaff I tried this many times, it takes a long time to connect to any of the networks, and when I do, the connection stays for only a few minutes and I'm left with 'emergency calls' only again. So, unfotunately, this doesn't help. I also tried to turn off and on my phone many times..

@giffgaff Well... Having had a bad nights sleep and not one but two nosebleeds (including one gusher) as I have weak blood vessels in my nose and all I have to do is sneeze to trigger one, I'd say it was pretty rubbish, tbh.

It’s on the BT page.O2, giffgaff etc have it on their service status, yet Sky insist they know nothing.I don’t want to play the ‘I’m a clinically extremely vulnerable keyworker’ card but..! @giffgaff your helpdesk people are struggling to cancel the phone of someone who's died. This really shouldn't be so hard. Could you kindly give me a route to escalate this? I already have the standard bereavement line but they're asking for information I don't have.
