  @adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

  @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

  @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.
