My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

If anyone is trying to help an isolated elderly person get setup with a new mobile phone during lockdown, avoid @giffgaff. One month of admin and 2 broken devices received in a row with no attempt to make it right. Brands will be remembered for how they behave right now.

@steven_tillett We're sorry to hear this Steven. When a recurring goodybag is enabled, this is added from your card or PayPal, not your balance. Send us a DM however and we'll help get this resolved. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff That it's not helpful to be honest there are no problems with my name, accounts, etc. I actually have an account with klarna and have never had a problem but they are denying me to buy another phone. Unfortunately after 6 years will need to change phone services.
