I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

He claimed they had authorisation from major phone networks to do marketing call. Is this true? I have never authorised passing of my information.

Craig Green (@Monsieur_Green) reported@giffgaff Thanks Ann, it's already on it's way back cheers. The fault with this one is that the microphone doesn't work. So you can't make calls/facetime anything really. You would think that would be part of the full testing procedure to be honest.
