I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@IanSkiday @giffgaff That's because giffgaff doesn't support VoLTE (4G calling) so to make or receive a call your phone has to downgrade it's connection to 2G or 3G.

I come back to the UK and I cant do squat without one (still waiting for a replacement SIM from @giffgaff but if I dont get it by tomorrow I'm changing service provider -- not that they'll be better but 🙄)
