@giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

@O2 @giffgaff can anyone help. Network down for giffgaff users in my area (CF63) appantly for upgrade work. How long will this take as have voicemail can't listen to which may be very important. Says may be down until 8pm 11/9 😱

@giffgaff Been over a week since request replacement SIM, not arrived (prob not your fault). Used spare #GiffGaff SIM instead, as directed by Support. 48 hours later, no signal. No phone for 9 days now. DMs sent.

@giffgaff The fact that I've had no service since 27th August and it still hasn't been fixed says alot. No point asking to dm because I've heard everything through the gg agents and it's basically a waiting game. Genuinely disappointed
