    @giffgaff You have replied on messenger but we are getting nowhere we have been told this could take another 5 days I do not want to open up another SIM card with you I just want the SIM stopped it is in the wrong hands. Your customer service is terrible 😡

    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    @ryangibsonuk @SMARTYMobileUK I've just started migrating my numbers from giffgaff to smarty after a tip off from @theotherman - signal is no better round here but worth it for the wifi calling support alone 🙌 I can actually hear my clients now, it's a miracle.

    @thebandGHOST You will need to put credit on your phone network account, I have GiffGaff so it didn’t work even if I have a good bag already.

    @giffgaff u have refunded me and have only AFTER said it’s going to take 5 f*cking says to return. i have no connection no nothing wtf
