    .@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

    @Pearcey_A @asda_mobile @Smitho_4 No refund either. Its fraud. I will follow-up with my bank and get them to deal with this as a fraudulent transaction. I will be moving to another provider. Giffgaff would never do this.

    @giffgaff Hiya, after a week of this being unresolved your agents are now not responding to me and I’ve chosen to leave the network. I am honestly so disappointed in the service I’ve received - not sure ignoring customers is the right way to go about things!

    @LPaigee If you're unsure of the Apple ID password, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple to help you get logged in, or to remove the Apple account from the phone. No Apple phone can be returned to be repaired without this feature being removed we're afraid. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Very soon quite frankly isn’t good enough when I’m left without a phone it’s creeping up to 2hours since I started the agent chat. Disappointed considering I’ve never had an issue for the 6 years I’ve bought phones from yourself

    @giffgaff Problem is we don’t no the Apple ID password. All we want to to if send the phone back to you for a repair? Or we are stuck paying for this faulty phone that you sold us. We bought this in excellent condition but clearly it’s not. Yes extremely frustrating
