I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

RayB (@RoamingRay) reported@LauraKing14 @giffgaff Don't know if this will help, but they and o2, the network they are piggy-backed onto share offices at 260 Bath Road, on the Slough Trading Estate. If you've complained more than 5 days ago, consider going to @Ofcom ?
