.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@AmezDez @giffgaff @envirofoneuk Mine has just never worked properly and neither would take responsibility. So I just have a crap iPhone which hardly ever has decent signal. I’m not ready to buy ANOTHER phone.

True to form, @O2 has sent me a text informing me that my number is being migrated to another service provider and that my sim will cease to work AFTER the migration has already happened and I'm using already using @giffgaff (who's strapline should be 'cheaper and no shitter').
