.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@giffgaff Thanks. Unfortunately it just says that the agents are investigating the problem, but I can't say which phone number the problem relates to. There are about 10 attached to that email address.

@giffgaff I have been to edinburgh Glasgow London Manchester and Leicester and never had 5g signal. U sent me a 5g sim. I have golden Goodybag. 5g enabled on my phone. Anything else I need to do to get 5g

@LobbyLC @EE Fact check • Giffgaff is not run by o2, it’s run by Gifgaff and they use o2 for their mobile signal • giffgaff,Tesco, sky & o2 all use the same signal so one will not be better than the other • o2 signal in the majority of the uk is very poor compared to EE • EE is better
