    @makenshifox Honestly, I've had bad customer service everywhere, except for Giffgaff. They're a tolerable network however there is no physical stores or a phone number to call, messaging only

    @ARX7Laevatein Had one while back similar, all UK mobile networks support 7726 Spam reporting (might be different for ppl on MVNOs e.g. Giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, Asda mobile Voxi e.t.c. so you might have to check) plus it's FREE too

    @rach0907 I'm using Giffgaff - great if you don't need regular customer service as most of that is farmed out to the user community. Prices are decent and uses the 02 network behind the scenes.

    @giffgaff Messages were sent to giffgaff ask an agent earlier this morning - still nothing. No response. No help. No hope?

    @giffgaff Ive tried everything. Phone reset. Settings reset. Flight mode, manual selection, sim in different phone... all has the same problem!!

    @giffgaff if i ******* cancel my auto payment, that doesnt mean take my ******* money anyway. i cancelled my **** because ur a ******* rip off. sort it ******** out and give me my ******* money back.
