    Dear @giffgaff I have had nothing but problems with your service recently it's become a pointless task topping up I'm just throwing money to the wind you keep having issues but you don't consider reimbursement

    @Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.

    @andrejpwalker @O2 @giffgaff Giff Gaff is an mVNO using o2's network. Basically o2 without the marketing costs

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @giffgaff network 4-5g issues not working at all or at very very slow speeds in derry. Any reason or when it will be fixed

    @_msec_ @giffgaff I switched from them precisely because of their poor EU roaming limits. Went to @iD_Mobile_UK and have never looked back.

    @mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)
