@giffgaff And still dropping signal every 3 hours

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

with those, but the way @giffgaff treats people is simply atrocious! Don't EVER lie! Don't EVER blame the customer when it's patently obvious there's an issue with the mast. Don't ever do business with a company who treats you like this!

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

@giffgaff No. Last time there was an error with the mast you lot tried blaming the handsets & insisted I do a SIM swap. A big part of the reason why I *will* leave your service is because of how awfully you handled the last outage & how you tried to blame me! You're a nasty company!

@LaCrecerelle I've never had any issue with Giffgaff myself- coverage is pretty decent, and prices aren't too bad. Would recommend checking out if you haven't already- think they run on O2?

  • 9hast scott (@9hast) reported

@giffgaff my goody bag didn’t recur, I mean you took the money but now it’s just vanished, was showing on my account Til yesterday ? Sort your ****

  • tm_stn Tom Stone (@tm_stn) reported

@giffgaff Is there a network problem in TN4? I am not receiving sms messages.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

@I_want_holidays @giffgaff All ISPs will want you to test by plugging directly into the master socket. If they call out OpenReach and there's no fault, they get charged. This is different: I proved to @giffgaff that the issue was NOT with the handset, yet they kept blaming me

  • osmodias Osmodias (@osmodias) reported

@WilliamNB @giffgaff "The mobile network run by you" I thought that was just a metaphorical marketing phrase. So they're literally blaming you for not running the network ;)
