Dear @giffgaff I have had nothing but problems with your service recently it's become a pointless task topping up I'm just throwing money to the wind you keep having issues but you don't consider reimbursement

@giffgaff Hi your agent has not responded for a week now, nor provided a solution. Not having network for more than 10 days means I am missing appointments/ deliveries. I will need to move to another provider - please refund my credit.

@giffgaff DO NOT USEE!!! I paid £20 yesterday for a goody bundle supposedly got 80GB of data and within an hour my account credit was 0? Asking me to top up again & you can’t contact anyone for help!!! Would never ever use giffgaff again!!!!

@giffgaff Thanks Jeanette. Just now tested a new EE sim, and then put original GG sim back in. And now lo and behold have network. Credit to you for chasing the gremlins away.

Lost my phone at the weekend 🤦 but nobody noticed, because incredibly @giffgaff were able to get me back up and running again with a new phone within minutes. And I didn't even need to speak to anyone. Such a great service.

@MarkByersVIII Nee wonder his birds getting a slice knocked off her by someone else, and the other stinker that steals kids donation money. Funny as **** man in real life i bet he makes his kids eat poundland beans so he can get giffgaff phone credit to troll hard working people. Tramp
