@GiffGaff The performance under the Unlimited goodybag is terrible compared to other Gb-restricted plans. It's a con.

@giffgaff Hi! Yes, that's what I've done but the agents can't find a solution to my problem. I can't access my email/bank account because it has an OTP through the phone. I have just sent a new request to fix the problem.

@original_jaj @ramonagusta @NicholasTyrone Wow Justin coming on here and moaning about lack of free roaming. It's Iike you want to pay the extra so you can complain on here. I'm paying £8 a month on Giffgaff unlimited calls and texts and 3gb of data. More data available for slightly more. Its cheap. Like you are an idiot.

@giffgaff I’ve reset my password four times but I still can’t login to my account. My password is NOT incorrect. What is going on? I’ve run out of data but can’t buy a new goodybag as you’re messing about.

@giffgaff hi for the past 2 days our mobile data has been incredibly slow. It takes ages to load a simple web page. It was fine for a few hours then went slow again. I just paid for unlimited data due to out broadband being down and I can't use my data due being 0.10mps.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My advice to everybody is get a SIM-only monthly deal like Giffgaff. Much better value, they charge a monthly amount to your card and you can cancel when you want. Buy phone separately.
