    @giffgaff Hey , took sim trusting the network speed shown on your website. But nahh , it doesn't work at all ! Raised a complaint as well. The data doesn't seem to work at all !

    @giffgaff Put 10 pounds on my daughters phone, she has that monthly. She made one 2 min call all gone... Never again, pissed off as 2 daughters used u n u were good till the weekend... No data nothing but a 2 min call for ten pounds... I cant even call her.... Rediculous

    @giffgaff Hi, It was a pay as you go sim and he can't get online to customer service as the account was linked to his phone number!

    No service from @giffgaff for 2 weeks now, making our phones unusable. Giffgaff offer no help and keep changing when the “mast will be fixed” Anyone recommend an alternative mobile provider. We don’t want a contract. PAYG or 30 days please 🙏🏼

    @giffgaff I got my replacement sim (previous phone was stolen) in the post today and activated it and logged in online but it just says no service. What do I do? I already tried restarting the phone but it’s the same

    @giffgaff Coverage has been down in my area since Tuesday: no calls, no internet, and the website says it won't be back up until the 8th. It's frustrating to pay for a service I cannot use for nearly two weeks. Can anything be done?
