Awww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

@LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

  • trrhodes Ross Rhodes (@trrhodes) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

  • paulforsyth7867 Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

  • ashpryce Ash Pryce (@ashpryce) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

  • jwbritus jwbritus (@jwbritus) reported

@giffgaff I'm an international tech worker and there's nothing more infuriating than these guys trying to cancel my UK phone number because I haven't used it recently.

  • JohnHurst John Hurst 💙 (@JohnHurst) reported

@giffgaff is there an issue receiving sms sent by paypal (and maybe others)? It works instantly on a different network…

  • BigBlackKei Kingsley (@BigBlackKei) reported

@giffgaff seriously how is your 4g so bad!? My data is being used but yet absolutely NOTHING is loading! How have I used 2GB of data when I cannot use your data. I've reset everything on my phone twice, the problem isn't area specific. FIX IT FOR F**K SAKE 🤬

  • BenjaminEHowe Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported

@DigitalStefan @vaelfonia Ah, signal is important as well as cost! Once I've proven that I can use an L2TP tunnel from @aaisp (with port forwarding etc. working on the router) I'm hoping to find someone who sells immediately-switchable "bundles" (e.g. 1pMobile / Giffgaff / etc.) so I can buy ~10GB [1/2]

  • Akhlaq1386 Akhlaq Hanif (@Akhlaq1386) reported

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff No issues in area and I was experiencing issues bit further away from my area so could be handset issue as you mentioned. Thanks 👍🏼

  • juliegrisi juliegrisi (@juliegrisi) reported

@giffgaff Not happy that you ran down all my credit, instead of letting me know the data in my giffgaff had run out. Please do better.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@juliegrisi You should have received a text when you reached 80% used Julie. As we're a network run by our members, managing your data allowance can be done through your account or on the app, to ensure you don't use any credit. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Ebsfae Ebony Fae 💙💛 (@Ebsfae) reported

@giffgaff can someone help with an issue I'm having? It's impossible to talk to a real person anywhere.

  • ChrisJo24895371 Chris Jones (@ChrisJo24895371) reported

@JohnHurst @giffgaff The response I got from their help was to check hardware, reset phone, remove and put sim back in etc. None of which has worked, these pings worked last week, not working now. So I've started a move to another provider. Only been with giffgaff 3 months.

  • Pete861993631 Pete (@Pete861993631) reported

@sumlin @O2 O2 are up there as one of the worst customer experiences of all time, switched to giffgaff 10 years ago for 30gig at that price and a friendly text letting me know if I’m using enough to justify that monthly package
