    Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

    @giffgaff hi, tried to renew password online but the link you send keeps saying it’s already been used when it hasn’t. Need to renew bundle asap but can’t help please

    @Claytoncast @ThreeUKSupport @giffgaff I was in Bologna Italy for most of the month of May and didn't have any problems. Maybe it depends where you are. Anyway good luck.

    @DanJay946 @EE @ThreeUK @giffgaff You know they use the O2 network. You’d get a better performance with them instead of giffgaff.

    @giffgaff I've just checked your 5G frequencies against that of the @OnePlus_UK 9 Pro which I have on order, and I can't see them. Am I right about this? Will I get 5G on your network using this phone?

    @giffgaff Problems in my area? It's been like this since I joined back in the day. 😭 Shame really as the prices are not really anything to shout anymore either. WiFi calling? What's that? Give us ya card details for a 5G goodiebag....nah. All round lacking and shocking call quality too.

    @giffgaff is there a problem with the Android app? My dad can’t log into his app. Works on iOS and browser just not Android, nothing happens after you press login, uninstalled multiple times
