Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

Shocking service from @giffgaff . Recommend I change to 5g SIM and tell me it will take up 24 hours to activate. 50+ hours later and still no one can call me or text me. Escalate to technical team who say it will take up to 5 working days. No offer of refund. Disgusting.

@moses1905 Hi there. We're really sorry to hear this. We are an online network, so this means we don't have a telephone number, and we're unable to call members we're afraid. Have you been in touch with us on our website about this? - giffgaff Emer.

@rach0907 GiffGaff gets my money: completely hassle free, good reception here, can switch service as and when I want with the Goodybags and I like the name too! It’s much cheaper than a contract I think. 👍
