Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

O2 in the UK

@alecia2020B If you have an O2 contract, as long as you have the PAC code from giffgaff we can move that number onto your O2 number, meaning the O2 number you have currently would be taken over with the giffgaff number.Does this help?

@giffgaff Hi. I received a text message this morning telling me my number will switch across to GiffGaff. I've not instigated this as I'm not a GG customer. Is there a way you can look into this? I don't have a GG account. Thanks!

@virginmedia I lost TV, internet and landline phone today so had to phone your 0845 number on my mobile. Giffgaff will charge me for this and so will you, an uknown extra cost because of your broken system. Some compensation would be appreciated since you've upped my bill by £4.
