All the lights flickered & then our local neighbourhood had a power outage. Lasted about 4mins but local WAN seems to be down for multiple ISPs/methods... (Virgin broadband/EE 4G/Giffgaff(O2) 4G). Interesting breakage! ⚡

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

@giffgaff You took £10 yesterday and confirmed it to me via email. Then reset my balance to £0 and again today. So £20 and no service and your telling me it's going to take 24 hours? No no no no

@benno44775 @giffgaff That is a load of crap. Law states you are entitled to a quality of service, no service is not a quality of service, it is what it says, no service. 0% service is no service. If you buy a product and the vendor says “ we have got no product” is that a service? Period!
-
Bob Prydderch
(@BobPrydderch) reported
@giffgaff Nicole, your agent is just saying” you are entitled to nothing” I repeat, I have paid for a service, no service is not a service. I want to tell everyone what Giffgaff’s approach is to a customer who has paid for a service but is getting “ no service “ and that is NOTHING”
-
Bob Prydderch
(@BobPrydderch) reported
@giffgaff So. I have paid for 30 days service. You can’t provide that service but you will not compensate me for no service? Is that correct?

Hi @giffgaff are you rolling out WiFi calling anytime soon? No signal at home and WhatsApp calling etc no use for calling Drs or delivery issues, so will have to swap network if its not on the cards soon 😭
-
benno44775
(@benno44775) reported
@BobPrydderch @giffgaff Unfortunately no company offers 100% service, even your own bank or broadband company. When it comes to telecommunications it can never be 100% guaranteed but mast issues, limiting network speeds at congested times, coverage in your town/city etc
