  • CriticJonni Jonathan Currinn (@CriticJonni) reported from Birmingham, England

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

Giffgaff Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _lagspike 🇺🇦 Dex 💚 デックス 🕹️ (@_lagspike) reported

@giffgaff Yep, no dice I'm afraid (his OnePlus wouldn't disconnect to connect to a "forbidden" network, while my Pixel 5 did allow it). Still "invalid number". 😔

  • DrChemistryEmz Emma (@DrChemistryEmz) reported

@Arednel @giffgaff Wel nobody messages me anyway, but I’m out tomorrow so not having any signal will just make me stressed out

  • NickHackett2 Nicholas (@NickHackett2) reported

@thom_horne @giffgaff What I’m saying is companies that leaked data should pay everyone who’s data got leaked compsatjon & fined for it. Whilst people that stole data go to jail. I never asked to be on a spam list. Action fraud don’t do anything except tell you to report it ti them on numbers.

  • DrChemistryEmz Emma (@DrChemistryEmz) reported

@Yorksims @Arednel @giffgaff Yep that’s the plan! Tried another network sim and it works. I’m just not sure if I can grab a Sim at Tesco this late, I don’t know if they have them for sale.

  • JebbleG Jeremy (@JebbleG) reported

@ChericoRoo @giffgaff Same problem here, literally can't make a single phone call without standing on the balcony and even then it's questionable. I've moved back to Smarty for WiFi calling + incl roaming but they were quite **** 1.5 year ago so fingers crossed

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@_lagspike How strange Dex. Are you able to check if your son has accidentally blocked your number on his phone? As there is no other issues with the network and the SIM can receive calls and texts from everyone else, then this would not appear to be a SIM issue - giffgaff Nicole

  • question_dog who me? (@question_dog) reported

@giffgaff it's only when things go wrong when you see how good or bad a company really is. Trying to activate a replacement sim but your system has been down all weekend. Have you tried turning it off then on again? Or is nobody at work until Tuesday?

  • question_dog who me? (@question_dog) reported

@giffgaff I've been watching that page for last 28 hours. Since there has not been a single update posted, is it safe to assume you've not got a clue why its not working and you have no idea when I will be able to use my sim?

  • Donna_Beeeee Donna 🦖🦕 (@Donna_Beeeee) reported

@MrCrystalMighty @iGiffgaff Smarty do a similar thing to GiffGaff. They’re on the 3 network. I get unlimited calls and 4Gbytes for £6

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

@giffgaff is there a way to disable these really annoying alerts to connect O2 WiFi hotspot every bloody time I drive past one of enter a shop like Sainsbury's that provides these? Or has this crap been hard coded into O2s network & SIM cards ergo GiffGaff ??
