@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

Hi @giffgaff my phone reception is crap at the moment, phone calls quite difficult to make & has been the same for about 2 weeks now. It has historically been very good, are there any issues in the area that are being fixed?

Good Morning Twitter Friends 🍒 Not only have GiffGaff been rolling over 3 phones while I've never made more than one call, but the main account says Do Not Roll Over. Said they could NOT remove my card. Today I am going to ask for refunds.

@giffgaff This is still an issue. I want a date by when this will be fixed. If you can't provide that, give me a point of escalation to someone who can. I'm paying you for a service I'm not getting for over 2 weeks now. How do I get a refund? And before you mention O2, you are my provider
