  • jonswales77 Jon Swales (@jonswales77) reported from Leeds, England

@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

  • jonswales77 Jon Swales (@jonswales77) reported from Leeds, England

@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

  • kadijabegumx kadija (@kadijabegumx) reported from Leeds, England

@AkkyYT @giffgaff It’s not giffgaffs fault, it’s just the fact that no one wants to call your stupid dumb ass

@Peter__A__Bell @giffgaff The problem is giffgaff don't accept direct debits or you could just cancel it instantly, they take continuous payment authority from your credit/debit card and although they're obliged to the banks don't like cancelling them. Report card lost/stolen with bank will stop it though.

  • Peter__A__Bell Peter A Bell - #ProudMalcontent #ScottishUDI (@Peter__A__Bell) reported

Spent the morning trying to persuade @giffgaff to stop taking £6pm from my debit card for a service I no longer use. They say contact bank. Bank says contact them. I took the giffgaff gamble - and lost.

  • Anic_tm . (@Anic_tm) reported

@o2 @giffgaff I filled in a form two months ago, and then another form a few days ago to transfer my number over to o2. The giffgaf number has now lost service and it has not been ported over to o2, so I am left without a number!!!

  • up_the_north Leigh (@up_the_north) reported

@O2 hello, I’ve came back to O2 from @giffgaff and after 5 phone calls, 2 PAC codes and numerous promises my old number would be ported over….nothing has happened! It’s been a fortnight now, what is going on? It’s ridiculous customer service

  • ShirtytrisH Shirtytrish (@ShirtytrisH) reported

Jesus wept. Between ee and giffgaff. Hopefully ee can sort out why my number yasn't ported correctly. Giffgaff think it's a phone problem. No it isn't the number yasn't transferred. 🙄

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@jm_stout @giffgaff Yes,once the roaming data in your goodybag is down to less than 100MB you can start a new one early. If you're going to be there for a while the best one is the £8 golden goodybag with 5GB of data because there's no wastage, you're buying what you can use.

  • callmeaslih Aslih 🥢 (@callmeaslih) reported

@giffgaff it’s been 4 days and I still dont have signal my phone keeps saying No Service ?????? I can’t even use my phone fix this

  • DavidAspden DavidAspden (@DavidAspden) reported

@giffgaff can't connect to network what is going on!! Not registered apparently....long time advocate, been getting steadily less happy with 4g throughput but this is new...

  • Cryptdropper88 Recycled-Carbon (@Cryptdropper88) reported

@giffgaff Trying to order another sim card from you and it keeps saying 'There's an error with ordering your SIM - Please try again later', tried on mobile browser and desktop. You having issues?

  • OllyFT Oliver Fytche-Taylor (@OllyFT) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff But clearly the offers are useless to me if I can't access them?!? Seeing them on the website makes it worse when they are great offers but I'm prevented from taking them! It was your sales team that should've called me, I made a complaint but it has still made no difference.
