Hey, @giffgaff. Could you please tell me what the hell is going on with your network? My father, mother and myself are all getting voicemails, yet our phones are not receiving calls. When we test each others phones by calling each other, it goes straight to voicemail. #giffgaff

@giffgaff Hello I cannot login, I no longer have my giff gaff Sim. I'm in Australia and I want you to stop charging me. What do I do?

  • flibidie Tom (@flibidie) reported

@giffgaff So the social media team are friendly enough and try and help but GiffGaff themselves don't seem to see any priority in sorting this out. No way to register the phone was not delivered. No way seemingly to get the money back.

  • ashleighbethx Ashleigh Priestnall (@ashleighbethx) reported

@RossGS1892 @giffgaff They told me to turn off my carrier settings that didn’t help either! Hopefully gets sorted soon not very good if there’s an emergency 🥴

@bigscrubdogg @giffgaff Hi scuba you can buy the phone but you will have 1 month plan and you can cancel it after so it will not recur each month

@Jegobrando @giffgaff is a mobile phone network in the UK

  • HenneliGreyling Henneli Greyling (@HenneliGreyling) reported

@Chinchillazllla Emojis are not necessary or important. You can express yourself equally well with words. They use bandwidth and clog up the internet. In the UKs GiffGaff network you are charged extra for a message containing an emoji. There are probably other networks with the same rule.
