    @giffgaff I’ve dm you as I’ve a pricing issue as a call to Cape Town landline has cost me nearly £6 which is a lot more than normal not a happy customer at the moment..

    @EE Always pay as you go, never more than £10 a month with @giffgaff but as they won’t fix the Terrible service in our town we’re forced to leave them. Four accounts with @giffgaff four mobiles with no service most of the time :(

    @giffgaff need help. We need return refurb phone, bought this May. Has no giff gaff acc as on EE. Opened chat but no help, told to log into acc. As mentioned no account. You closed chat. Poor customer service. What next. Phone cost £1099 only 2.5 months old not charging advise please. ??

    @giffgaff I spend £1100 on a new Samsung S20 Ultra 5G and the screen keeps saying 'not registered on network' Is there an issue with your network? Or do I switch to a better provider?
