@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

@giffgaff I’m having a few issues ...phone shows 4G but as soon as I make a call it drops instantly to 3G ...no matter the reception

@sammy56373846 Yes you can,just keep using the Vodafone one until it loses it's network connection then swap over to your giffgaff one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until it's fully working.

@danidalgrande @giffgaff giffgaff don't support calling via 4G or 5G so as soon as you make or receive a call your network will automatically drop to 3G so that the call will work.

@sammy56373846 @GiftyAkuamoah1 @giffgaff Yes,once your old sim loses signal,insert your new one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until you have network coverage. Yes again,all transfer requests submitted before 5pm on Friday are carried out on Monday.
