    @giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @giffgaff I understand but what are your relaxations during Covid restrictions? I was stuck in the red list country it wasnt possible to use my sim there, also I was completely unaware. The problem is all my contacts, whatsapp etc are on that number. I lost my phone too so cant retrieve ei

    @giffgaff Is it guaranteed I will get 100GB for £20? You people should learn how do good support. Each time I contact you with a simple question, I get fobbed off by people who don't know how to do their job. You should aim to resolve issues with the least number of interactions.
