@O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

  • BRADBFC1889 Brad (@BRADBFC1889) reported from Hounslow, England

@oliviasolon @davidchow @giffgaff What did you do I’m having this problem still

  • catskidschaos Karen Reekie (@catskidschaos) reported from Richmond, England

If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

  • TronalddumpUS Tronald Dump. (@TronalddumpUS) reported from London, England

@giffgaff your network in #blackheath is atrocious. I get better signal sitting on a beach in Botswana, what's up with that?

  • Maliwil RAVEAUD Emmanuel (@Maliwil) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Oh thanks so much, only one solution refund my money back on 5 days, so I don't have a phone for a new week. Thanks @dpd_support for your perfect work ... So know you are going to give me a new phone 🤬😤

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • Benjakev jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used

  • SoundsWukah Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England

@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

  • UKVampire Iain "UKVampire" Culverhouse (@UKVampire) reported from Bracknell, England

@Relentless0wl @giffgaff Nope no joke...no tongue in cheek. Just my general opinion on a network that I am very happy with

  • DrJennyVaughan jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported from Hammersmith, England

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

  • dolajs dola (@dolajs) reported from Beaconsfield, England

@giffgaff I’m having a few issues ...phone shows 4G but as soon as I make a call it drops instantly to 3G ...no matter the reception

  • Muvaharris meg (@Muvaharris) reported from London, England

I have a very important call and giffgaff decide to go down now? Have no signal whatsoever! Always having problems! Absolute joke @giffgaff

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

Giffgaff Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • missyyyannaa anna 💁🏼‍♀️ (@missyyyannaa) reported

Question: currently on giffgaff, but whenever I'm outside the UK they'll only allow me 5GB of data before I get charged, anyone know of a decent mobile network to use that allows me unlimited data (or uses my data plan outside the UK)

  • itzariff1 Arif (@itzariff1) reported

@giffgaff hi, I’ve had my sim now for about 4-5 years and now noticing my speed has been very slow for the past few months could the age of my sim be the issue? If so what’s the process of getting a new one with my current number on it?

  • yeahalsotaken Ingrida (@yeahalsotaken) reported

So @giffgaff why are you charging for service you did not provide and blame @apple . I was away all week and the phone was in the drawer. Some how from £9 top up went to 0!!!!

  • JigSoDa1stT Is that hteet ya done know (@JigSoDa1stT) reported

@TheCocoUK @EE i left EE for these reason been with giffgaff ever since not a single issue ever EVER and i have been with all networks now

  • stuartdan88 Danny Stuart (@stuartdan88) reported

@giffgaff Oh great thanks so I don’t need to cancel it. I just won’t insert into a phone as it won’t be needed. Thanks

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@stuartdan88 We're a pay and go company Danny, so you won't be signed into any contract. If you're with a different network, you can simply put this SIM into the phone. If the giffgaff SIM remains inactive, no further charges will apply. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • stuartdan88 Danny Stuart (@stuartdan88) reported

@giffgaff Hi I already have a SIM card for the phone so if I order it with one I can cancel this stright off it’s not a contract term? Thanks

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@pinxlemonade @giffgaff Hi sparkles ✨ try logging out and back in or try a new web browser maybe that can help 👍

  • gurocm kain 🪓 (@gurocm) reported

nothing will be funnier than giffgaff service provider

  • chichi_writes Chichi (@chichi_writes) reported

@benno44775 @giffgaff I've done that. giffgaff says the signal is good but O2 says the signal is poor in my area. I am still struggling to get a signal. I've never had this issue before and I've been with giffgaff for years.
