If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@jo_the_hat @giffgaff The point I am making is we are imperfect, so what gives you the right to try and shut down a channel that has yet to broadcast anything, in a highly regulated industry just because it MAY have views you don’t support. @hill_hillbill @tonypatt2000 The issue with that is those smaller networks are often just virtual networks and who piggy back on the tech of the main 5. GiffGaff is O2 and Voxi is Vodafone
