    If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

    @giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

    @giffgaff What I have to laugh about is how you send me a thread with people slamming Giffgaff about how customers have been barred for sending group messages. I am so glad I am not with your service. Nor would I ever dream of moving to you. The network is a joke to the UK

    @SarahJ_Berry Plusnet. I used Giffgaff for years but it runs on O2 which signal has been absolutely awful where I live for months. It's a similar value and 30 day contracts but runs on EE.
