If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

@O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

Hey @Ofcom we have been having issues with our mobile number that’s with @giffgaff no calls/texts from EE are coming through! (pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect it’s been going on for much longer) can you help?

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

I know how to block and also I use the unknown number but when you can expect calls from numbers related to business/work these are annoying, you have to call the numbers to check they are genuine. Shame you can’t block all giffgaff numbers as they seem the scam network.

@giffgaff I'm currently in Europe and don't have any access to data or texts/calls my mum who's also on giff gaff can. We both have the same plan and my phone is more modern than hers. I always have this problem. How can I fix it.
