  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@SigniusNetworks Okay, thanks for checking that. If you're using an android device, there should also be a disable network toggle that will stop notifications every time you pass a Wi-Fi hotspot - giffgaff Nicole

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

@giffgaff is there a way to disable these really annoying alerts to connect O2 WiFi hotspot every bloody time I drive past one of enter a shop like Sainsbury's that provides these? Or has this crap been hard coded into O2s network & SIM cards ergo GiffGaff ??

  • FlyMax1 Pablo Max (@FlyMax1) reported

@danster62 @lorrainemking @BT GiffGaff is a virtual provider Who's network do they us and what kinda of top level functionality they provide Now the top level provider that has to deploy and manage a network cannot and will not give the same levels of service cutting their own throats

  • libbysmenu ya trick ya (@libbysmenu) reported

    @quokkawa YEAH??🤨🤨YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH @giffgaff

  • danster62 Danny Campbell #PATH (@danster62) reported

@lorrainemking @BT I had a similar issue with Vodafone, I took both my numbers to GiffGaff and saved an absolute fortune & doubled my data allowance.

  • JMvanderBergh John Milan (@JMvanderBergh) reported

@giffgaff So again the same issue, even tho I HAD activated recurring goodybag somehow my credit was spent. Really not cool @giffgaff, that's £10 in total that went into thin air. Seriously thinking about filing a formal complaint.

  • ChericoRoo Cherico 🌻 (@ChericoRoo) reported

@giffgaff Could you confirm which network you piggy back on? I’m@looking to seitxh but we only have a signal with Vodafine here. Also what are your EU data roaming prices?

  • DrChemistryEmz Emma (@DrChemistryEmz) reported

@Yorksims @Arednel @giffgaff Yep that’s the plan! Tried another network sim and it works. I’m just not sure if I can grab a Sim at Tesco this late, I don’t know if they have them for sale.

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

@giffgaff You clearly do not under what these "alerts are" these are specific Alert Notifications for 02 WiFi hotspots. Suggesting users need to turn off their WiFi completely is just technical illiteracy. I don't get an Alert Notification every time my phone see's a WiFi network do I

  • question_dog who me? (@question_dog) reported

@giffgaff I've been watching that page for last 28 hours. Since there has not been a single update posted, is it safe to assume you've not got a clue why its not working and you have no idea when I will be able to use my sim?
