@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@giffgaff No, this is the options of what the phone is allowed to use. They show no matter what area im in if the network/phone is enabled. Im reading a lot that OnePlus and O2 have fallen out over 5Gbands

@giffgaff_UK02 I've tried all ways to ask Giffgaff Why! When my husband only has a small classic payg Nokia 301 ,is the balance going down when it hasn't been used! He doesn't use the Internet, he wouldn't know how to! The classic payg sim was activated with 10.00, now £7.98

Giffgaff has to be the shittest for customer service. There is no customer service number to call. All done via website. Very slow to get a response.
