  • Asgharki AzKhaaan × (@Asgharki) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@giffgaff Oh I'm not complaining! 🙈 Just feel bad you sent me a higher model!

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  • lisadoe24 Lisa Doe (@lisadoe24) reported from Cowbridge with Llanblethian, Wales

@giffgaff hi! I’m buying my mother a phone for her birthday and want to get a giffgaff sim to go in it. Went to order one on your website but whose name, email, number etc do you need? Mine (buying) or hers (customer)? Thanks!

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@WilliamNB @giffgaff I was on O2, and while their coverage is wide, they're over subscribed. The service was nearly impossible to use in crowded public places like rail stations, because of contention. I moved to EE and haven't had any issues, but then with WFH, I don't get around much anymore.

  • JonMathias8 Jon Mathias (@JonMathias8) reported

@WilliamNB @giffgaff Isn't EE the ONLY network that works on Dartmoor? I have a dual SIM phone and the other SIM card is EE, for trips to Devon. I only buy a short-term bundle because EE apparently stands for "Extremely Expensive". 🙄

  • CarriePurdom 🌱Carrie Purdom ignored you fine the first time. (@CarriePurdom) reported

@WilliamNB @giffgaff Tesco Mobile runs off O2 network. We use them a lot out here in the sticks. Simple tariffs. Does what it says on the tin.

  • Wenxue2222 Brigantian in Exile (@Wenxue2222) reported

@purplescroll @virginmedia @giffgaff I have had similar issues since March. Slowdowns when the connection appears to be there normally but the bandwidth, specifically upload speed, is just non existent. Having to hotspot often just to keep working.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AdieTwo We don't offer that service unfortunately. - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • jules_wink Julian from Marple (@jules_wink) reported

@CarriePurdom @WilliamNB @giffgaff we moved from giffgaff to plusnet. It's based on EE network but it's a more limited service e.g. they dont support text shortcodes, the answering service is not as good etc. V cheap though

  • stu_axon K6 233 (@stu_axon) reported

@giffgaff Maybe some caching issue, site looks OK on Chrome on Android, but on Firefox on Android I can see the update message.

  • JonMathias8 Jon Mathias (@JonMathias8) reported

@WilliamNB @giffgaff Ah, I haven't tried O2. When I stay in somewhere like Moretonhampstead, everyone always says that EE is the only network that works there. TBF, it's not that important to me when on holiday.

@PhoenixHeat96 We're sorry this is occurring. Are you able to send us through your full postcode in a DM and we'll see if there is an issue going on to cause this. - giffgaff Jeanette
