@giffgaff Nearly 72 hours now and no resolution to no goodybag for my iPhone. 144 hours for some other poor souls. I used to actively recruit and recommend giffgaff. Not anymore. £449 MILLION revenue in 2018 and you can’t provide a reliable service

@giffgaff I have been struggling to get giffgaff to help us with our help the phoneless campaign only asking to waiver connection fee and i have been messed around by your team leaving me un answered for weeks and now saying they cant get intouch with the relevant
