@O2 @giffgaff what’s the crack with the network being down in Devizes, Wiltshire. Says a mast problem but it’s been like this since lunch time. Phone is essentially useless as we do not have Wi-Fi in our location, or a landline so rely heavily on the o2/giffgaff. Time scale???

@giffgaff I am trying to purchase I refurb phone on my giff gaff . When I get through to purchasing it , it wants to send a code to my phone ! My phone is broken and I’m not receiving the code ? Can you help ? Been on this all day 😩

Why am I only getting 3G most days on @giffgaff ? Why do I have to reboot the network selection almost daily? Does any other network have that?

@giffgaff first thing I see of giffgaff is an full on LIE 1.The mobile network run by you Speed test shows O2 which is not the users the plans are higher than the service that is using O2 £10 for 7GB of data with data rollover Giffgaff 1GB for £6
