If anyone is trying to help an isolated elderly person get setup with a new mobile phone during lockdown, avoid @giffgaff. One month of admin and 2 broken devices received in a row with no attempt to make it right. Brands will be remembered for how they behave right now.

Piers Morgan, please help, I use giffgaff, every month I have left over data, why is it that these mobile carriers keep that unused data, we need a campaign to allow folk to donate that left over data to school children or the most vulnerable, come on GMB
