I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm on the 3 Home Broadband at N5 Islington and there's very flaky and weak 4G broadband and no 5G at all. Restarted router, took SIM out and inserted again, nothing. Can't stream and websites barely working. My GiffGaff phone is working perfectly, no data issues. This is bad.

@quarterlent If the issue you're having is only with this number, it may be a chargeable number and you would need airtime credit on your account to contact them. We would recommend looking up a freephone number for the company, and contact them that way - giffgaff Jade

a joke that @ThreeUK can’t piggyback a 2G network for emergency situations or something. meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well for emergencies. maybe i should switch networks full time. 🤔

@virginmedia had poor/no 4G for almost 3 weeks in an area where it was once strong. Is there any issue affecting the RM16 2 area? FYI my children's Giffgaff account is not affected.

@SOLIDLIQUID5 @Queenjunkfood @giffgaff Ofcom own all UK mobile numbers and the networks pay to use them. We never own the number we just pay to use it which is why the networks can disconnect them because of non usage and recycle them if they want to for instance.
