  • essers Esjay (@essers) reported from Manchester, England

I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

  • RangeHeating R🔥nge Heating (@RangeHeating) reported from Stockport, England

@giffgaff Doesn’t get to the root of the problem though. And it doesn’t help prevent it happening to others who may not be as savvy and may fall for it. @Ofcom

  • Mduzair365 Mohammed Uzair (@Mduzair365) reported from Oldham, England

Giffgaff Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DJMidarezaki Midarezaki, Esq.🇬🇧🇨🇦🇭🇰🇹🇼 #GETTR (@DJMidarezaki) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE This is why I buy my phone outright, and use a PAYG network for my personal line and a 1 month rolling SIM-only deal for my second line used for work (yes, they pay me an allowance). That way I'm not tied into anything and if giffgaff or Three annoy me enough I can easily move.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Dan202338 We're not sure why this would have occurred Robert and we're not aware of any issues. Please try the manual roam provided in the link given previously and then test new phone calls to see what occurs. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • MarvinMoore42 Marvin Moore (@MarvinMoore42) reported

@giffgaff "A giffgaff agent" suggests a person and badly designed Q&A pathways are not a person. Community members are people, however i presume they are volunteers and their responses to others asking the same question as myself didn't help either 🧵

  • LunchTodd Mr Lunch (@LunchTodd) reported

@mrdavidnwood I pay six quid a month on Giffgaff, and I never need more. Depends how much data you use though.

  • Freemasonsnakes John (@Freemasonsnakes) reported

@giffgaff All sorted thanks to Cliona👍 Giff gaff customer service is great but a bit hard to contact if you lost phone. Logging in I mean.

  • tlise72 Tlise (@tlise72) reported

Are phones bought from you locked to sky? Or could I use another o2 using network like giffgaff that offers 26gb for £12 which is more than double your data offer :(

  • carinaoreilly Carina O'Reilly 🇺🇦 (@carinaoreilly) reported

@iamhamesh @idvck Giffgaff has very good sim-only deals. I've not paid more than about 8 quid a month for years now. I went down to six quid at one stage.

  • CJWizzle Chris (@CJWizzle) reported

@giffgaff Hi, there is no response and my response never shows in the history.

  • elogudbyegirl Christal Mighty (@elogudbyegirl) reported

It's just not acceptable to have a 25% increase! Anyone else having massive issues with EE, it wouldn't be so bad if I had perfect connection and no drop outs but it's not as good as @giffgaff my old supplier, who incidentally have frozen their charges until the end of 2023.

  • Surreylad_1 Dan (@Surreylad_1) reported

@giffgaff I have no phone data or network when not on WiFi.. is the service down?
