@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff Fix your terrible network or I'm gone, why the hell am I paying you 30 odd a month when at least a week out of every single month I have no network at all, absolutely ridiculous, I'm pursuing a refund for every day I'm unable to use what I've payed for, you owe me a lot.

@giffgaff No ones responding to my e-mails/queries so not sure how to ask for further help if you don't have call centres. Every time i buy the £6 goodybag, it goes through to the final page but as £0.00 and then goodybag doesn't activate/go through.

@giffgaff hello! I activated a sim swap today (old giffgaff number onto a new giffgaff replacement sim) - it’s saying on my phone i have signal but I don’t! Do I need to wait for it to fully switch over or is there an issue as it says i have full signal? Thank you 🙏🏼
