  @gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

  I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

  @mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)

  @JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah
