@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

MONEY IS BROKEN LESSON 221 Today, I am going to explain a particular problem that I have with my smartphone. This device was a gift about 3 years ago from Chris Ross who left us 2 years ago or so. At the time it had a Giffgaff SIM on it which I messed up, all my own fault.

@giffgaff not sure if the dm will go through twitter keeps blocking my dm .there must be something giffgaff can do to look into this without dm there must be other customers with the same problem

@giffgaff I have . Only to be told my waterproof "new" phone is not going to be repaired due to water damage (even though its never been in water)

@giffgaff everyday I will be telling people of my experience with giffguff and the warranty you fail to honour. 9 months old phone 550 odd quid! Charlatans!!
