@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff haven’t been able to make calls all day and I’m moving around so it’s not a location issue and this has been going on for about a year now. I have a new sim and a new phone. What do I do?! Turned it on and off again!

Thirdly! What network are you on? If you're on an MNVO (e.g. GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile etc please use the piggyback network if you know it)

@Nanami_Moon01 Hmm strange. Three have apparently been terrible for this (I'm on them)... I think Giffgaff piggybacks off a operator meaning it wouldn't be affected by that... Wonder what went wrong then.

@flyfour @giffgaff 4 phones, same location, same network and only one phone got the alert. So the reality is, its neither network nor mast. Its just another broken system.

@giffgaff @Laurape45036454 My wife didn’t get the alert in Oxenhope and neither did my daughter in London (both on Giffgaff). My phone, on EE, got it a couple of minutes early. I’d have to give them a call to pass on the alert in a real emergency. Come on giffgaff get your act together!

@giffgaff both my girlfriend and i, have your sim services - both in Northern Ireland, and neither of us received the emergency alarm. Anything you can report back on?

@pipmadeley I’m seeing some sort of comedy sketch with people with a smaller network provider like giffgaff etc sat there as what ever the disaster is seen through their window Then the people who send it saying I’ve a feeling we forgot something

@citifax We moved from O2 to GiffGaff after their appalling service and frequent price rises. Same network, so no loss of the service you are getting.
