    @gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

    @lukerobertblack The Boomers think that because you spend a tenner a month on a GiffGaff and have a phone that costs £20 a month you are frivolous and don't work hard. And that a one bedroom flat at 12x earnings is just a matter of knuckling down.

    @TroyByrneUK @Starlink Get an unlimited giffgaff sim or something else if the signal around you is okay. You can probably get something for around £20

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?

    @LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

    How frustrating… 20+yrs as @O2 customer, best deal for me to renew = £15 + annual rises, for new customers £8! So much for looking after customers! @giffgaff @£10 no price increase here I come!! (which is O2 coverage anyhow - but I’ll have more data now!)
