from Bournemouth, England
@giffgaff please reply to your direct messages, it’s bad enough you don’t have online agents and a phone number that I can’t sort this out with

@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

@giffgaff what’s going on with your data? Can’t access no apps what so ever! Never had this problem until now! It’s been like this for the past 3 days
@incrediblylate @giffgaff I've never seen a solution in the forum but giffgaff may be able to come up with one for you. The French 081 number is equivalent to an 0845/0875 here in the UK so there's 2 separate charges to call it HSBC's charge + giffgaff's one which don't work when it's a foreign number.
@captxinrex We're very sorry to hear this, Aimz. Please can you provide your full UK postcode via DM, so we can check for issues in the area - giffgaff Jade
@giffgaff are there network issues? My 4G isn’t working but I have good signal.
@giffgaff needs to fix up with this no data ish. Because no one’s tryna run me extra goody bag dayssssss
@giffgaff I tried that just now. It doesn't work. I've had friends try it too on their phones. Doesn't work. Any suggestions?
@giffgaff Yes I have the number saved in my contacts. I've had friends try it from their number and it doesn't work for them either.
@incrediblylate Oh dear. If you have enough credit then you should have no issues. Do you have the number saved in your contacts? - giffgaff Tasbiya
@giffgaff why can't I call 0810 numbers to France. I have £20+ in credit on top of my goodybag. I've added +33 in front of it but still doesn't work. Help please, I urgently need to call this number. Is there are a setting to change??
@zi_fng I have data. I don’t think it’s the WiFi tbf it’s the service. GiffGaff🤢
