@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

  • elliepersence ellie 🤍🦋 (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England

If I’ve not had enough issues with dpd I’m now having issues with o2 and giffgaff

  • elliepersence ellie 🤍🦋 (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England

@giffgaff please reply to your direct messages, it’s bad enough you don’t have online agents and a phone number that I can’t sort this out with

@munyachawawa @giffgaff I'd like some customer service from giff gaff. I had my old sim card stolen and upon replacing it with a new one the dashboard froze up. And before you ask, I was not logged into my old account when I tried. It will not unfreeze from this stupid sales pitch; I do not want a plan.

@giffgaff why you man so ****?

  • caliandris Caliandris #IstandwithJeremyCorbyn (@caliandris) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm sorry you are having this problem. Shoutout to GiffGaff, the best mobile telephone service with a very responsive user community and workable interface. My late mother fortunately transferred from one to the other before she died.

  • xjessliux 𝓙.𝓛 (@xjessliux) reported

Switched to @giffgaff and after a month, it’s time to switch again. The service/connection is worse than my previous provider.

  • 7771Jake Jake-777 🙂 (@7771Jake) reported

@giffgaff Hi Jeanette, it was reported to the police at the time. But although a three sim was tried after purchase to ensure it was unlocked, a uk sim was never used as it was used in Dubai after its return. I’m guessing the police had it blacklisted as he made the report only to them!

@kksinn We're not aware of any issues on our end. Are you able to send us a screenshot please? - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • hello1two3four David (@hello1two3four) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is terrible. Vodafone have rubbish customer service. Anyone on long term contract when it comes to an end should think 'sim only' monthly commitment. You may need to stick with the service provider for signal strength so... VOXI = Vodafone. Giffgaff = O2, SMARTY = Three

  • chris_davies11 Chris Davies (@chris_davies11) reported

@giffgaff if I was to leave your network would you refund any credit I have left or would it be lost, I'd be looking at porting number out as well

  • mpellatt well done, fellow T&H residents. We did right!! (@mpellatt) reported

@NeilCotton @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never, ever, ever take a mobile contract. SIM-free phone plus PAYG or 1-month rolling contract (eg GiffGaff "goodybags") has been cheaper option for literally years now.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@7771Jake If it was blacklisted by giffgaff, you would have a giffgaff account Jake. If the phone belongs to someone else, they will need to contact us. If it belongs to you, and you've never been a member, we wouldn't have barred this. - giffgaff Jeanette
